1) Teutonicknight, you lucky bastard. Wish I could get deals like that. >.>
2) After looking at the figure, her bust is... larger than I remember. Now that I think about it, I don't think ArcSys has "them" at a consistent size. I think the only criteria they have is "larger than Tao's, smaller than Litchi's" when drawing/designing new Makoto stuff. I might object to her outfit but that underboob is still glorious.

Symm, I believe that's homemade, especially if it's on deviantart. Still cute though.

The figure's original price was $60 initially, but damn did it go up. And yes, her breast size is bigger on the figure. Only slightly bigger though, I think her Chrono Phantasma artwork is by far the largest she's gotten. And Symm, that little thing is cute.
If I knew where to get them, I'd tell you, but the doll is new to me.

Edit: And it really helps if you have a friend that has THREE COPIES of the same damn figurine. Calling him a Makoto fanatic would be an understatement. He practically worships her. His room is in her colors, and has "MAKOTO" written all over the place, ranging from 5 different arcade sticks, posters galore, custom furnishings, and all sorts of amazing crap.

If I persuade him enough to give it up, that is. I had to beg him for the figure practically, and he settled for the $60. But yeah, if it is Makoto, he probably has it.
I would find it very disturbing if he had the official costume though. O_o

But anyways! Guys, what's the best overall strategy against Tager in Extend? I normally don't have much trouble against him, but he still seems to get my health down to very dangerous levels out of just pure luck. If I get close, I get grabbed. If I stay far, I get Spark Bolt'd. If I jump, he does Atomic Collider. If I escape a grab, he does Gadget Finger and attemps to grab again. In CS2, Makoto at least had speed and damage advantage, but in Extend, it's a really big difference. Their speed feels nearly the same now, and Makoto now does far less damage, and has to play very carefully and plan her attacks while avoiding any of the said scenarios, while Tager's strategy is a lot simpler: get in close and do some damage. It seems like a one-sided match to me, since she is primarily a close-range fighter, and Tager gives her a rough time. As for the rest of the cast, they are pretty straight-forward (Except Fagna, more reach, more power, better reversal, gains heat faster, etc. IMO, he seems overpowered as hell compared to everyone else in terms of his damage and speed, and his combos are CS2-style, nearly five-minutes long if he hits you.)

The match up is the same as it was in CS2. No, Makoto's speed is the same as CS2, but we do lost our CS2 Tager Specific combo which used to turn any hit into a corner carry! and our Orb oki / 6B stuff, not to mention Tager is now better in extend. The match up is 5:5 / 4.5:5.5 for Tagers favor, it wasn't our favorite match up in CS2 anyway.

I'd share my love for Makoto with the world like your friend does but I'm not sure if the world (specifically my parents and siblings) would be accepting of that. That and I have no money for that stuff. I'd only take it as far as a stick, the figurine and a playmat for my card games though.

If you can look past your hatred, you can see that obviously she won't have the same OPness as she did in CT. Plus, mode changing!

I hate no Nu, actually pretty happy to see the murakomos back although 99.9% of my matches are with Makoto but still more characters to fight = more fun

I hope they really change Mu as her current build is kinda... boring? i'd like to see her relying more on her tools rather than turning into a rush down character with a drive fully dedicated for oki.
