Kurushii Report post Posted June 13, 2010 With the lovely release of the Hitbox Viewer program it came to my attention not many have the needed data files to use it. So I went ahead and made my own pack with the Hitbox Viewer and data together so everyone can browse through it themselves and hopefully level up their brain some. Download Links: [ONLY PROGRAM + PAC DATA] Main: http://www.mediafire.com/file/jmmgz2zym53/bbcs_display_complete.7z Mirrors: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=U8G0K8I5 (thanks r3ani) [if you can, make a mirror of it and post it so I can add more for backup] FAQ: I can't open it? Download 7-Zip at http://www.7-zip.org/ Why are the characters in a rainbow palette? That palette is the "rainbow mode" palette that is used by default for color separation and quick identification of base parts. It's used on all the sprites before a "real" palette is applied, and isn't selectable in-game. Why Mu only has two frames? The Mu data from CS Arcade was only a placeholder for her for later revisions. Why is there other characters in X characters data? Placeholders or mistakes ASW did. I don't think we'll ever know. Can't I just watch them instead of downloading and going through myself? Yep, here's links to Xenozip's/Kurushii's videos of them: Ragna, Jin, Noel, Rachel, Taokaka, Tager, Litchi, Arakune, Bang, Carl, Carl (Nirvana), Hakumen, Lambda, Tsubaki, Hazama,Mu-12,Makoto Credits: Sarsapari - Providing the program to Dustloop.com Dustloop.com - Bringing the best entertainment and knowledge daily Xenozip - Taking the time building the majority of the Hitbox Viewer Videos Myself (Kurushii) - Taking the time building a few of the Hitbox Viewer Videos Circuitous - Being a cool guy and friend when it comes to data files

Blade Report post Posted June 13, 2010 Someone give me a pic of Jin's hitbox for Renhyou (623C). As far as I understand, that hitbox is nonexistent except the attack box.
Kurushii Report post Posted June 13, 2010 Someone give me a pic of Jin's hitbox for Renhyou (623C). As far as I understand, that hitbox is nonexistent except the attack box. Look it up yourself. You have access to the video and the program. And you understand wrong. From looking at it only the 623D form has invinc during it's full charged state for a few frames (can't give exact count cause you can't count frames in the program for startup/active/recovery). Vhaeraun Report post Posted June 22, 2010 does this also tell us what number of frames it takes for an attack to have active attack hitboxes?
smooshman Report post Posted June 22, 2010 does this also tell us what number of frames it takes for an attack to have active attack hitboxes? no, it just shows the sprites, the attack itself might use the same sprite for a couple frames.
worldjem7 Report post Posted July 2, 2010 I provided another mirror. http://www.filefront.com/16939843/bbcs_display_complete.7z/ Is there a way (not necessarily using this program) to view individual moves with all its frames? Like maybe a debug mode of BBCS where you can go frame by frame or something? Kurushii: in this "Why is their other characters in X characters data?" you should use "there" instead of "their." AbuseMatt Report post Posted August 26, 2010 Okay, I'm sorry for this question, but I'm really a total newbie looking to get very good at BlazBlue. In any-case, my question is; what do these hit boxes show? The area, in which our attack hits? Or is it the area, in which our sprite moves, since in that case, a big area would be a bad thing, because it's easily punishable. Thanks for the answers!
