[CSE] Noel Vermillion C-C-C-COMBO COMPILATION!!!

Hey people a little combo I been working on:

5b-2b-6a-236a-6c-jd-4d-236d-22(nb)c-dash 6c (2)-j4d-6b-6c-214d- then either 22(nb) dash for oki

Dash 6c-jd-5c-236d.

With no special it pulls about 4k, let me kno what u think

What?

Are you sure that combo is Red? Because I don't think 236D > 22 uh, actually on that note, what does 22(nb) even mean?

That would just be 22C.

Like he may mean 22B(whiff) but that wouldn't combo in either situation where it is listed.

And if he does mean 22C, well then he should say 22C.

So that's why I'm asking for clarification :3

Sorry I must of mistyped the combo its 22bbbbbbc but I wasn't sure how to input it in comands. Yes the combo red beats I tried it for bout 4 hours but there is a slight easier version miss out 4d-236d and jus go for the rest combo for almost same damage

ok cool.

You guys expect a really good practical combo breakdown when the game drops.

I'm gonna give you guys the combos I use for any random confirm, as well as the optimal combos that I may not use for certain reasons.

Plus I'll give you combos for hitconfirm leeway (Crouching hit 2A > 2B > 2C > 5C instead of just Crouching hit 2A > 5C)

And obviously I'll continue to take suggestions if any combos you guys list are better, I mean, we're all here to help each other expand our repertoire after all.

I couldn't see a general noel gameplay thread so not to sure where to post but what's a good oki ender u go for. Bloom trigger or drive 5c I read is supposed to be good, but I have been trying 22b out a little not had chance to try in games as of yet what's ur thoughts?

22B is alright to end a few corner combos, but d.5C is the best in any situation.

Bloom Trigger should only be used for max damage or corner carry. If you've already used a Bloom Trigger in the combo, just end the combo with d.5C

New Noel Tech confirmed:

Muzzle Filter > 2B > 6C > 22B only works on about half the cast.

Airgrab > 2B > 6C > 22B works on a few characters that the above combo wont work on, but still doesn't worrk 100% of the time.

Our smallest hitbox and greatest offender is Makoto, which neither combo works on.

But, I have a replacement that works on Makoto, and any other character that the above combos wont work on:

Muzzle/Airgrab > 2A > 2A > 6C > 22B

It sacrifices a bit of damage, but you still get more than you would otherwise. Here are some examples:

Airgrab:

Airgrab > 2B > 6C > 236A > 66C > j.D > d.6B > d.6C > d.5B > d.5C > d.236D (2.9k) [33 Heat] Tested on Makoto

Airgrab > 2A > 2A > 6C > 22C~66 > 66C > 236A > 66C > j.D > d.6B > d.6C > d.5B > d.5C > d.236D (3.2k) [42 Heat] Tested On Makoto

Compare that to the standard:

Airgrab > 2B > 6C > 22C~66 > 66C > 236A > 66C > j.D > d.6B > d.6C > d.5B > d.5C > d.236D (3.5k) [42 Heat] Tested On Ragna.

So my way, does 300 more damage than standard universal method while gaining 9 more heat, and only does 300 less damage than the basic Silencer method, while getting the same amount of heat. This also works on Grab > Muzzle > 2A > 2A etc.

It's gotta be our go-to tool to get silencers on characters like Makoto.

Noel drives feel too character specific or I'm just tired, someone find a universal one for me fast. -__-

Well Since BlazBlue has been delayed in Canada...Well in my area of Canada anyways, I have spent countless hours in training mode on my vita which luckily I pre-ordered to get early and was capable of DL'n CS:EX off PSN, anyways. Tested on Tsubaki, Jin, Hazama, so far.

Sorry if there is any typos throughout all that, damage and heat gain may vary. But all of them work, feel free to test and tweak them if you can and re-post whatever you come up with.

I'm updating the first post with combos as I come up with them/test them.

I'm doing all I can to optimize combos, and give different options for various levels of hitconfirming abilities (like 5B > 5C > Rapid, compared to 5B > 2B > 2C > 5C > Rapid for example)

My memory can't take in all those different combis so I stick to like two to three enders/sequences max for Noel. I even dropped the 446C 5D etc. part for ease. xD

Anyway, 5D/2D corner; (dang these suck):

5D/2D > d.5C > d.2D > d.6A > d.6D > 236D > 66C > 4D > 214D > wait(no 446C) > 6C > 236A > 66C > sj.D (for crossup/fenrir) > d.6B > d.6C > d.5B > d.5C

Damage isn't maxed for this one so just omit whatever at the start (d.2D) if your hit confirming is good and go directly into d.6D.

came up with a nice practical combo. been working as a nice jump cancel off of 5b in block strings. example: 662A>5B>J.C>..., or get fancy with:

2A>5B>2C>2A>5B>J.C>j.5C>...

Works well in this kind of block string. Also, gives the option on block to 6A>6B(Overhead)>6C>2C>3C>...So it's a good block string.

On standing opponent

- j.5C>[Land]>66~6A>6C>j.5C>j.D>[Land]>2B>6C>22C>66C>236A>66C>j.D>d.6B>d.6C>d.5B>d.5C>236D(3.4K/46H)

Ok screw this. I just found out this doesn't work on everyone (how many fucking hitboxes are there?).

Although I did manage to find a replacement which seemed a little bit better:

5D/2D > d.5C > d.2D > d.6A > d.6D > 236D > 66A > 6C(2) > 6C > 4D > 214D > 6C > sj.D > d.6B > d.5C > d.6B > Fenrir
