zeth07 Report post Posted March 23, 2012 (edited) Courtesy of fubarduck: http://iplaywinner.com/news/2011/9/15/how-to-purchase-nico-nico-points-to-view-sbo-2011.html That is obviously directions for SBO2011, so PLEASE make note of these things instead: COST: 700yen / ~$8.50 - but unfortunately you'll need to purchase 1000yen (~$12.00) unless you already have leftover points since it is already Saturday in Japan so no presale 500yen cost. Link to PURCHASE points for ticket: http://live.nicovideo.jp/product/bluerevo Link to STREAM itself after purchasing ticket: http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv85222923 Scheduled Time: (In Japan) SAT (3/24). 11AM-6PM (Until the end of the event) = FRIDAY (3/23 TONIGHT) 10PM-5AM EST / 9PM-4AM CST / 8PM-3AM MST / 7PM-2AM PST Brackets: Block A: http://challonge.com/burerevo Block B: http://challonge.com/bluerevob Block C: http://challonge.com/bluerevoc Block D: http://challonge.com/bluerevod Full Bracket (in Japanese): This could very well be the best BlazBlue tournament we will ever see, so I highly recommend people supporting it and watching the stream. EDIT: For those who don't like the cost, it is probably going to be over 5+ hours of the highest level of BB we've seen so far, whereas going to the movies for 2 hours will probably cost you more than that. If you enjoy watching BlazBlue at all, I think it is worth the cost. Also remember this is the highest paying tournament so far in Japan, when normally they don't even receive cash prizes for other normal tournaments. Please don't restream this and support Arc System Works / BlazBlue Revolution, so that they might decide to do something like this again in the future. zeth07 Report post Posted March 23, 2012 (edited) Block A's bracket has been added to the first post, thanks to Leo7. Akita Report post Posted March 23, 2012 isn't this also going to be free like after the first couple of hours (which you probably only get the last couple of hours). Sadly, working, so I can't catch some of the beginning matches... totally forgot, if you pay, you probably get to watch the Faylan concert that is going to happen as well
bbq sauce Report post Posted March 23, 2012 this going to be available to in any form at a later time? i'm doing stuff tonight D:

Sadly, working, so I can't catch some of the beginning matches... totally forgot, if you pay, you probably get to watch the Faylan concert that is going to happen as well I think it is quite the opposite. You might be able to watch for a little while in the beginning but after a certain amount of time you will have to pay no matter what. But I could be wrong since I obviously don't know Japanese to be able to read what it says on Nico. this going to be available to in any form at a later time? i'm doing stuff tonight D: I do believe if you buy the ticket it allows you to watch the stream within a certain amount of time after the fact. Although I have no idea how that actually works, maybe someone else can confirm that or not. Otherwise, probably not. Although I won't be surprised if it shows up somewhere later "unofficially" since that's how things usually go unfortunately. kotokot Report post Posted March 24, 2012 (edited) updated block C with last qualifiers. From twitter it seems to be kubo, ren and xie. Forgot kubos char(Relius?)=( Note that most teams were taken from kamoihitos blog, so there could be some other namings than used there(like seth seems to be sesu) Possibly i'll sleep during most time of this and won't fill brackets with resuls=( i think timeshift will work if you by ticket even after event. It'll be available after 30 min after end of stream. Edited March 24, 2012 by kotokot
JokerAceX Report post Posted March 24, 2012 Well for anyone curious it's letting you watch the stream right now without paying though there might be some time limit for how long that lasts right now the match is tsubaki vs bang.

(First time was SKD commenting about how Jin is ass while playing me or someone else) Tier is obviously not everything. Out of all 18 (more than 1/4 of all teams) Ragnas only 1 managed to get into top 8 while 2 of the 3 Makotos managed to do the same. Of course it's important who their teammates where as well but still.
