What to not do: (Forwardwind Backdash too strongth)

Sickle Oki

3C>Charged Spike Chaser Oki

Run up 5B, 6B, 2B

Specific Oki Options this game

Run up 2C (hits forwardwind tech and forwardwind tech>backdash)

Run up 5C (Same)

FullScreen Charged Spike Chaser

Character Specific Pickups:

[Dia]>2C/6A(airhit)>2147D>66A

Look out for: (Text based diagrams, will MS Paint shitty drawings later)

One situation to look out for is this setup in neutral:

N=Nu

R=Rachel

* and , indicate pumpkin based on high or low position

| is a lobelia

N R* or N*R

Rachel gets a safe frog setup here off of any blockstring startup, giving equivilant mixup to frog+pumpkin oki

|N| _____ R

Just...don't.

Guess I'll post more later.

- A lot of rachel use the super jump for zoning so I suggest to 2D or dash 2D.

- Don't use the wheel on oki because she can tech wind.

- You can use your drive in Luna mode for breaking Rachel's Games.

her default height pumpkin goes over our 5D and under our 6D.

You can still wheel oki. Just dash forward right after to push her back into it (corner only)

She has no reversal, meaty all her wakeups. Your 5D also catches non-tech. So abuse that.

You're better off just respecting the frog in most cases. If you try to jump out, Rachel can wind over and tag you with an air-unblockable for a free combo. If you don't block immediately after jumping or you IAD, you can get tagged with a lightning rod. If you have balls of steel, you can maybe try 5D>66 Parser to get away from the frog, but you'll probably get caught more than you get away. Don't try to use Dia 236D to break the frog, because it can be punished. I've had some luck catching Rachel when she summons the frog with 5DD, but it requires either a perfect prediction or Rachel to have no setups at all out for it to even pretend to be safe.

In corner pressure, don't try to grab out in the gaps. Rachel's almost always spaced just far enough for it to whiff and you to eat a combo. You have to just have excellent blocking skills and beat her out somewhere, I guess. Anybody have tips for getting out of the corner?

Rachel is easy to block. Downback. When you see downward wind, high block. Be ready to option select throw reject at any point. (Back+ABC)

Pumpkin is the scary thing since our drives whiff on it at it's default height.

Also rachel wants to get in on nu, commonly using 3D+airdash. Be ready to antiair it at any time from fullscreen.

i agree rachel is easy to block but you're doing it the wrong way.

you should be reacting to jump start up to block the overheads

Don't respect the frog unless it is set up during oki. Nu's dash is fast enough where you can just dash right past the frog while activating it and it will completely whiff. You can also dash into the frog to activate it and then IAD back to avoid the electricity and be in a position to stop Rachel's approach. Or try to throw her. Even if she techs, the frog disappears.

And frog summon is easy to punish. Frog summon is 49 frames, which is more than enough time to D her. The air summon can be stuffed with 6D/2D easily in most cases as well.

As for getting out of the corner, you have CA and burst. OD > sword super is also decent since it's plus on block but it burns a lot of resources. If you wanna frustrate the Rachel player, you could try barrier and instant barrier at random times to mess up their blockstring timings since Rachel is execution heavy. If they are just auto-piloting their blockstrings, proper barrier blocking might leave a hole open for you to escape from.
