[CP] Litchi vs. Bang

It just feels like bang can 5a out of everything. It quite annoying.

Also Itsuu vs Nail just seems like a bad Idea.

I spend most my time doing a hard knock down -> attempting to perform oki whiles trying to bait his D drive counters on wake up.

Not alot of time to place the staff down 5D mode because he's flying everywhere... sticking to you. and if you're caught without the staff, you're pretty screwed.

The only thing that feels right to do is IB his pressure till you see an Overhead...but that's kinda universal...

Outside of some small changes to his frame data, gatlings and Litchi's overall gameplan, this should still be applicable.
