Leo is fortunate enough to have a charge Motion DP, so he doesn't have to worry about which side to input it on

If Chipp is going crazy with teleports use Leo's DP to get him to stop. But just remember Chipp has 4 of them and your never gonna know which he did unless your opponent is really predictable. It's best just to instant block the air teleports
