You want to set up combos so that any 236D you do will actually be a 236D~214D. This makes it so your next stock regenerates in 4.5 seconds instead of 9 seconds.

Don't know the damage on it since I got this from a Matoi match, my game hasn't installed yet. Not sure if you need a CH either or if it's not optimal but yay sideswap combos

I tried this combo, and my 5b after 22b often whiff into side swaps, how to prevent this for happening? Is there any move before the 5b that need to be delayed? I often to input them as fast as possible

I currently use the simplifed version (~22b 5a 5a 6b 236b), but I want that swag corner carry lol

Delay your 5B as long as you can. Just do that and it will hit correctly.

so for corner combo theory. You will probably want to sacrifice damage and save 2C later into the combo for 2C>236B ender.

 

in any case that you use j.XD in combos anyways,

this will let you get better graviton recovery.

Usually I just use the basic gattling (5b 5c 3c bunker), and if I have meter I will use her old super ball combo (5b 5c 3c 214214b 6c jd jb land 22b 6a ray hit 236d 6b 236b)

Basic combo theory. It's pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.

 

Midscreen

 

N Starters

---> (5C) > 3C > 5A > 5B > 6A > 6C > 2C > Delay 236B

---> (5C) > 3C > 5A > 6A > 6C > j.D > j.B(2) > j.236D > 22B > 5B > 214C > 5C > 236A > (214C hits) > 236B  *Character Specific* If you're doing this combo from a 2B you have to do 2B(1) > 5C > 3C > etc or 2B > 3C. 2B(2) actually kills the combo and the 22B won't hit.

---> (5C) > 3C > 5A (> 6A > 6C) > 5B > 6A > 22A > 6[A] > 3D > 3C > Dash 6B > 5C > 236B

When you get the confirms down you'll notice that many other of her confirms go into the same thing, i.e:

The > 5B > 214C > 5C > 236A > 236B combos are weird on certain characters. For example, the 236B will whiff against Izayoi, Hazama and Celica (There are more characters but cannot remember them). Also, the 5C > 236A doesn't connect on some. All I know is that it doesn't work against Ragna for now, so you have to use > 5B > 236A.

Oh, very much so. Some of her combos will prorate a little more than they used to, but her gaining midscreen routes from random standing hits upped her damage considerably. In the corner she is still getting 3-4k off most confirms or more. Granted, a lot more thought has to go into which moves to use in her combos, and her combos being optimized is no longer a freedom she possesses, it's a requirement. Plus she has to keep more careful consideration on how that combo will affect graviton stocks. Longer, graviton less combos need a bit of execution and do less damage but are quite important now, and for that matter so do many graviton high damage combos. This matters because dropping a combo will lead to less damage, no oki most likely, less vital resources, and all will affect future damage.

She has to work harder for the same or less damage. But she still hits quite hard, and she can carry to the corner a lot easier now.
