Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Online Tournament?

First off, hello, I'm Turbo or Ty (whichever you feel to call me is fine), and I wanted to start up an online tourney in DFC. I haven't really worked out when it should take place, but I had the idea of doing this because in Skullgirls, I partake in an online tournament called "Skullbats", essentially it's a weekly tournament in which players can compete against each other for fun and probably learn from it and what-not. This is what I'm proposing for DFC, a weekly online tournament for us players to just compete in for fun and such. If anyone is interested just feel free to leave a reply here or contact me through Skype (tyturbo77) or Twitter (@flipnoteturbo77). And we set up rules and timing along the line.

Is this for vanilla or Ignition? Kind of important especially since some of the players already migrated to Ignition by now.
