Where were the threads that were guides on how to read frame data charts and why are they not stickied? I did some searching and came up short.

It's risky for him to attempt it on wakeup, as if he has any summon out on wakeup(its random), then he will just do a 6P or 5P which will then get him owned by whatever you were doing.

But yes it acts as an uppercut as in it has invincibility frames, pretty decent ones too. But it's not really that smart to use it on wakeup unless you're feeling really lucky.

That's Strange. The frame data I was using said this:

"1-9F invincible against attacks. Summon occurs on F23.

Orbs +3. Launches, untechable for 60F"

Would it say it somewhere else on the frame data if the move had throw invincibility or was the frame data wrong?

Not sure if this counts as trivial or not, but does damage reset from a knockdown occur on the first frame of wakeup or before/after?

i have 2 questions:

Is GGXX/ played at 60fps or 30fps?

How long can you buffer a charge? (With Venom it is possible to cancel 6hs with CR)

I think it resets the moment your combo count resets.

Oh. Would there be exceptions? Specifically, I'm thinking of Faust's Gamble Attack OD. You hit a KDd opponent and it's horribly nerfed. Wasn't sure if the non-nerfed version went active the same frame as the waking player or slightly before, as it seems pretty easy to time and pull off.

60FPS.

I'm not sure about buffer time, but it's definitely longer than 10F after releasing the charge direction.

Knowing that [2] 5H 8S is possible and assuming [2] 6H 8S is impossible, then it's somewhere between 10 - 15F.

That's because when you hit the KD'd person with his overdrive you're still in the previous combo. Look at the counter you'll see that the 2 hits from the overdrive were added to the hit from the knockdown, so naturally the damage won't be as damaging.

When you FD in the air does characters get some sort of frame advantage to air grabbing because i find that if you FD it makes air grabbing ten times easier =o
