That overhand chop was Akatsuki's replacement overhead/6B in Ausf. Achse and in (*shudder*), Perfektewelt. Jewpuncher has two sequels that nobody knows about. :v:

Ahhhh. I've only gotten the chance to only try out the earlier installment of ABK so I was sort of baffled when Akatsuki did that move...

I still wanted to try out Ausf Achse for Perfecti... v_v

Who's the Eltnum? I notice he doesn't loop OTG bullets like Senaru does and opts to go for airgrabs which is interesting to say the least.

Player name says Hirokawa. His Eltnum is 11th best of the Eltnums in RIP rankings. Video description in Nico says he goes by the name "Anan dairi". Anyone know whether he is known Melty Blood player?

Wow, only now I realize that GRD can increase/decrease depending on whether either character moves forward or backwards. No wonder Gordeau gets GRD fast along with his GRD stealing ability...

To be fair, the GRD increase/decrease depending on whether either character moves forward or backwards. It's a mechanic that has been there since the beginning. I think perhaps only the rate in which it happens has changed. The changes in GRD seems much more active now.

Didn't realize it earlier, but I find it interesting that Akatsuki can now charge certain normals like everyone else in UNiB.

I wonder how the properties in those attacks will change when fully charged...

(but then again I just realized we haven't even seen one in action...? Still holding out on those though)

Well we know that Gordeau's charge normal is his heavy scythe slash and charging it turns it into a somewhat obvious overhead that will be unblockable in america.

That 5-sen-gachi was sick. Just goes to show that those two characters are still forces to be reckoned with... or at least how much you can make a character look top-tier just by being really good.

A lot of the added colors are really really good. But we don't get to see players go through the color select anymore since the use of the card system.

New stage shows up in the third video, around 21:55. Looks like some sort of power plant.

Hilda's stage is still my favorite, though.

you know...the combo lenght and damange depend on what the players are doing...it's not like "everything was already figured out".

I hope you get devoured by unreal BLACK THINGS.

Combo length and combo damage are at near-perfect ratios right now, not to mention the increased hitstun deterioration forces people to get (somewhat) creative with their combos now, so we don't have to see stupid shit like dash 5B loops.
