I have the cash right here, I am ready to go, but it's going to be a complete embarrassment... What's going on in my head: "You'll learn something - these guys are good." You will learn that you are bad to the point of feeling like you should just play with your toes. I'm pretty sure you already know this. I'm also pretty sure you're considering it just to make your constant losing look understandable and somewhat entertaining instead of once again proving that no matter how hard you try, you still suck very, very badly at this. You are worse than the Mets in the Yankee's world. "You will meet people and socialize, ffs. Don't you need friends?" You will walk in, say hi, and proceed to sit down and watch people better than you play games for several hours while playing 10 to 20-second matches in between. Congrats, You are now stream monstering live in real life. You will respond to occasional trolling, hoping to either play it off or take it personally. They only thing that would be worse is actually playing and getting yet another 0-50 losing streak, which you can do at home. (and while wearing karate robes) "It can't be that bad." I think everyone decided already, and if I want to convince them I have to just go and get humiliated on stream just to show good faith. It's probably going to take a few years to do anything else. I don't know what else I'd do at this point. Just walk into punches until I make up for it or accomplish something really great. I'll probably have to beat you guys legit. IDK. Or east coast option select "Yo, I dont even play this game." Grow a pair, and dont think about the negatives. Your starting to sound like the guy who doesnt go to prom because he knows he dances bad. Just get past it man. The easy parts done; you know a place where you can meet people who play a niche game. Just shower before you go, put a smile on your face, take the trash talk in stride, and play your best. If some of these people will buttons with me, theres hope for you. Skill means damn near nothing compared to just being a reasonable person. Serious. No troll, no jokes, just serious bid-ness. tl;dr - FUCK NO READ IT.
