Platinum and Relius changes please?

Relius can do 236C > 214B on ground now. :/

New:

-No more gold bursts, replaced by new system called overdrive.

-defensive bursts still in though.

- Crush trigger: during certain moves, press A+B to crush your opponents guard. Won't work on barrier guard though, and costs 25% heat

Not liking crush trigger already, it's basically punishing your for blocking your opponent's moves correctly.

Instead of x-factor, I like to think overdrive to be a sort of universal install =p Seeing as Ragna's is blood kain (according to the name), it just means each character will have their own install like ragna/tsubaki/hakumen/bang did, and each will center around their Drive abilities. I for one am excited to see it in action.

Install was the name of Tsubaki's Charge Drive (the gauge on top of her heat gauge)

Need a little explanation on Overdrives, can you do it more than once? if you activated it, and screwed your overdrive, can you do it again later? also can you green burst after? if you have green bursted, can you do yoru Overdrive after?

I don,t know if those are written on the PDF but please answer these if it is

I disagree. Since you can barrier block it, it's giving you a reason to learn to balance barrier and normal blocking correctly. So in a sense it punishes you for NOT blocking your opponent's moves correctly.

Amane's drive is...not very spectacular.

Gurren Lagann should have taught everyone how awesome drills are.

In case somebody missed it, new moves are pink in the movelist, and changed moves are blue. Arakune's overdrive is called Crimson Depth (クリムゾソ デプ?) or something, no idea what it does.

Seems like it prevents the curse meter from draining. And some of you guys need to work on your katakana. :v:

Jin: Frost End (All attacks involving yukianesa freezes opponents again)

Noel: Chain Quasar (Increases speed of drive moves)

Rachel: Elf Lied (increases speed of slypheed gauge recovery)

Tao: Almost becoming two!

Tager: Voltic Field (forces magnetism on opponent)

Litchi: Daisharin <simplified> (direction+ D causes staff to move in desired direction)

Arakune: Crimson Deeps (extends curse duration)

Bang: Furinkazan

Carl: Syncro High Speed (strengthens Nirvana)

Hakumen: Kishin (increases magatama rate, can cancel D counters into special moves, but cannot perform guard crushes)

Very interested in this character so I decided to translate, sadly my kanji is ass so I can't figure out what his drive or overdrive does.

Yes all of his move names are weapons of war, also might have gotten the overdrive name wrong still unsure on that one.

With this,the wolf break system has been eliminated apparently.

*2C>6B does not connect on a grounded opponent.

*Nacht rosen>[JB>JA]>2C does not work or its really tight.

Seems like they end up being too low for the 2C to hit.

*JC>air DD is difficult to connect.

Hima isn't sure why.

(Is JC not special cancelable anymore?Is the air DD slower?)

*w.5B does not launch.

*w.5C is a sweep.

*w.JC is a diagonal kick.

Platinum's new 41236C move is called "Happy Magica". it is a counter that puts her above her opponent, allowing for jump attacks

god forbid you actually have something to worry about while defending in this game

That's not what I mean, what is: Your opponent does an attack, you block it, and then they can just mash AB to instantly guard crush you if they have 25 heat.
