Have you seen the damage they allow Amane to get during his overdrive super?

In the video, we actually only saw Luna's 214D. Nu would always shift into Luna form before doing it. And we can combo from Dia's 623C. The video showed [Dia]623C > shift into Luna > 6DD > 2DD > 214D

Oh I see, I didn't notice the halo in the portion, that really throws me off.

So maybe 214D is slightly faster(or better) in Luna forma? About that 623C combo, it looked like it might have been possible to do [v]623C > lift > dashing 2DD > gravity > stuff, to maximize the damage. The untech on supra seems fairly high so it might work. I can't say it's worth it damage wise, but it would do a lot of corner carry at the expensive of gravity, assuming that on hit you have to wait the full duration for it to recover.

Seems to me that Nu will play somewhat similar to Aigis, but the majority of her damage will come from mode change combos.

That's true. Then again, the fact that it's even possible to do that much doesn't sit well with me considering it's not really that difficult to get 100 heat.

Actually, I'm not sure if that will still be the case. I remember reading that they made system changes to heat gain too, so that towards the end of longer combos all you're getting is 1% per move. That's one of the major things people playing chars like Hazama and Litchi have noticed, I think.

So Nu gets a very cute Amane Astral'd image, but the same boring Relius one.... oh well, cute outweighs the boredom~

I like teh chibi Nu. v 3v

Hopefully we get the full gold color again before it comes out here. Though I really love #13.

4B first hit removed.

Sword range is same for both modes. Sword damage is higher in Luna?

ν Crescent knocks down, Λ Crescent bounces.

For now, some simple low starter combos for both modes.

ν starter:2B>5B>3C>FL>6A>4B>2DD>Spike>(FL>)5DD>6DD>2DD>JDD>J2DD>Crescent(~2500)

Part after Spike can be done without FL. Damage goes up by about 100 in that case. If you do a second jump sword aerial, it becomes techable on the 2nd J2DD. Might be bad proration.

Λ starter:2B>5B>5C>Blade>FL>5DD>4DD>4B>2DD>Sword aerial(~3000)

4DD>4B might be spacing dependant, doesn't work sometimes. If you end with 4DD>Sickle instead, it does 2500, puts them far away, and puts you back in v mode.

Anything else you want me to test? I have about 2 more hours.

ν mode D moves might have bad proration.

Ground Act Parser seems to be only usable from D moves and 6C.

Throw

Λ:The one in the PV is probably fine.

In both modes, 6D and 2D seem to be the only D moves that are jump cancelable.

In Dia, 5D is jump cancelable even on block.

Supra in both modes only seems to have throw invincibility.

In corner, 3C>Blade>FL>6A~ probably works on whole cast.

ν mode gravity has no hitbox.

Λ mode gravity forces crouch on ground hit and bounces on air hit.

We are probably going to need to get a thread up soon to keep track of all of this stuff. I'll try doing it once I get out of work in a few hours.

And it is going to be weird to get used to 5D being jump cancellable again. And a 4B overhead that I no longer need to space? I hope they kept it just as fast.
