also i sorta goofed in that video.

 

If you do 5C>4D>Dashunder its DPable normally.

 

You need to do 5C>2C>4D>Dashunder

 

If you add the extra height, you can cross them over as they wakeup.

If you time it too early or too late, the first part of the 236D won't catch jump startup. Its when it comes back that its unblockable with the j.B

The problem with j.xD with air to air is that its slow and terrible to just throw out if they're not at least 3/4 screen away. Since it freezes your air momentum, you have to deal with the full recovery if it wiffs rather than just landing.

Edit: our conversation on 2C FC combos made me experiment and here's an ignis friendly path that gives good corner carry and damage.

2C FC>dash 2C>6C>41236B>5C(1)>[j.B>j.C>66]x2>6B>2369C>j.214B>j.66B>j.C>6B>4D>3C [3240/23%/2000 IG]

Ok, testing it, all RC midscreen combos from starter positions can go into 2369C>j.214A>airdash j.B ender and it gives more damage plus oki than ending in our usual arial ender (j.B>j.C>j.236C>j.214B). Also nice that it gives us Tedo ender for 100 heat. For example:

5B>3C>236C>RC>665B>2C>6C>41236B>5B>5C>sj.B>j.C>j.236C>j.214B [3959/18%]

5B>3C>236C>RC>665B>2C>6C>41236B>5B>6B>2369C>j.214A>j.66B>j.C>5B>6B>4D>3C>(632146D) [3987(5022)/18%]

So in the FC combo you say 2369C~>j.214B

 

But in the other mentions you say 2369C~>j.214A

 

Which one is it?

Dang, I thought you'd stumbled on to something like the combo at 2:12 here which picks up from 214B midscreen. I still wanna know how to do that and the combo before it, I think we can mod them into our current stuff and get some Midscreen distortion enders for high damage.

We need air Tedo or something, all of our distortions are useless midscreen cuz 50 meter isn't worthless enough to spend for the extra 200~400 we'd from get switching out our air enders midscreen.

I may be re-inventing the wheel, or there may be better options out there, but whatever the case I have a Relius only corner combo from CH 3C.

CH 3C->jump cancel->falling j.C->2C->236C->665B->6B->TKj.236C->2C->6C->41236B->3C->(optional Distortion) Dmg:3343/Heat+24/IG+full (Dmg~4000/heat-26/IG=9000 if Tedo)

 

Remember how suuuuper hard this combo is? turns out if you change the 5B to a 5A it's so easy a monkey could do it.

 

Also we can break 5000 midscreen with 75 gauge and Max HP overdrive if ya didn't already know: 5B->3C->5A+B->6D->(CT hits)->665B->2C->6C->41236B->663C->OD cancel->2C->214A->632146D (5128Dmg/-69 gauge/-1/3rd ignis)

jc.OD combos give more damage for less meter. Its tough, but I've used it in a match (granted it was cut short since it was a 6A starter). This doesnt even end with OD tedo and gives 5.4k. Unburstable at 50% hp as well.

If you dont have to worry about them bursting, you can do 3C>cOD into the same combo for 5.8k
