The deadline is set to make sure people don't take longer than a day to make a pick.

Ex: If Powerstar doesn't draft by midnight CST, then he'll forfeit his vote and Lich will have till the next day to pick. If everybody picks within that time perilous except blackstar, then he'll have his vote forfeited.

If you're worried about not being here in time. Then PM me your possible votes based on the number you are in the draft.

Ex: Blackstar is last, so he can PM me the 6 possible votes in order of who he wants first. And I'll give him who ever is left after the other captains pick for that round and announce it for him.
