Nedel_3773 Report post Posted August 6, 2014 If you like what Lambda looks like, just go back to CSE. That's the closest you'll be able to get if you want a taste before CP2.
Speakeasy Report post Posted August 13, 2014 AvatarofWhat, what's your PSN name? I may have fought you in one of the lobbies. Also, can we get anything off of a random j.C grounded hitconfirm? j.C>5C is apparently bugged and you'll get a backwards 5C like 90% of the time so I don't want to use that, but people never expect j.C so I want to be able to do *something* with it. Its the same as my forum name, AvatarofWhat. I think we might have played as well but im not sure. Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm always looking for skilled players to play against and up my game. My nu vs nu matchup could def use some work.

I'm always looking for skilled players to play against and up my game. My nu vs nu matchup could def use some work. i don't recognize your name, but if it rings any bells, I'm the Nu that pretty much only uses parsers, but I'm not sure that's particularly rare. Which actually brings me to my next question. Is it suicidal to use Dia parsers for mixup, stagger pressure, and to fish for jumps?
Nedel_3773 Report post Posted August 14, 2014 If you parser too much they'll start to press buttons after swords to try and catch you, so watch it. Stagger pressure is incredible once you work out the basics. 5B and 2B are your best options, being -1 and 0. Once you get them to mash out once, or you believe they will start to mash, do 5B - 5C or 2B - 5C as frame trap. 2A - 2C also works as frame trap but might be harder to land in stagger pressure. You can also ghetto frame trap by doing 5B - delayed 2B/6A
Speakeasy Report post Posted August 14, 2014 I parser away to catch people pressing buttons. You'd be amazed how many people mash throw tech when they see you disappear.
J0A0B Report post Posted September 2, 2014 I've been trying to complete Nu's challenge mode and have only mission 30 left to complete. However, it seems impossible now. I struggled for hours to complete this challenge under AchedSphinx's demonstration, which I still am unable to. Then I tried the variant from Taihenna and actually got the whole sequence done, every hit properly delivered. But it failed. The damage was too low and I did exactly as the video showed. I'm starting to think the 1.1 patch increased the proration of Legacy Edge, because everything else is calculated alright. Has anyone found an alternative after the patch? Also I really wish every challenge I've discovered so far didn't have to end with (236C > 22A) twice. It's the most difficult part of the challenge.
someonewhodied Report post Posted September 2, 2014 against azrael you can do this combo: 5C(1)FC>CT>236C>214A>5C>2C>2147D>6A>2C>623C>2DD>6C>236D>OD>214D~22A>4B>632146D(meaty on last few possible frames)>632146D You can do double 632146D on: Tager, Rachel, Valk, Azrael, Bang, and Hakumen. Sorry about that. iirc, OD Luna 214DC only does 800 damage after the 1.1 patch, so the variant + ArchedSphinx's original are off by 400. If you executed the variant, this 1.1 variant isn't too different: Dia OD>214DC>A+B>236C>22A>214A>6A>j214D>6A>6B>623C>2DD>6C>236D>236236D>236C>22A>236C>22A>632146D

I got it done after starting for less than an hour. THanks. Hope others will take up this advice.
x AzureShadow x Report post Posted September 22, 2014 Hey everyone! I'm sort of new to CP and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on the Nu vs Jin matchup.
toanenadiz Report post Posted September 24, 2014 Without knowing exactly what you are having problems with, it is hard to give tips. General tips would just be stuff like punish his attempts at using ice swords full screen whenever you can, don't let him jump cancel his pressure for free, block ice car low, ect. Speakeasy Report post Posted September 26, 2014 I have to learn at some point... How do non-Nu characters fight Nu? I have eighty billion characters I want to play and that many Nu players to face as well. It seems like dash barrier, dash jump barrier, superjump barrier, and even things that don't involve barrier are helpful to worm your way in. Any other tips? Speakeasy Report post Posted September 27, 2014 I remember winning a Plat vs Nu by run up empty jump land heartcar into corner, j.pan, j.pan, so you're probably not wrong.

Gixeo Report post Posted December 2, 2016 Hi everyone, I'm a BlazBlue beginner, and I need your help for my Nu-13- on CPEX... I don't manage to do this combo. My opponent can always escape at the end of the combo : 6B > 2C > 214D~C > 214A > 6C > 236[D] > 66 > 5DD > 236D~C > 3C > 236D > 214B > 5DD > 6DD > 2DD > j.5DD > j.6DD [!here!] > j.5DD > j.214D Is there something i've missed with the game system ? Maybe my *66* is to short ? or i need to tighten my links ? It can't be done on Jin ?
