[CP] Ragna vs Haku-Men

Honestly neither character is at a DISTINCT disadvantage, one does something better than the other. Ragna's normals are faster while Hakumen can kill off of a random guess (yo 5C>Zan bruh). passive meter gain is something but it's not like extremely NUTS. You can generally force an approach that's safe instead of doing something mad wild. if you keep solid spacing YOU SHOULD BE GOOD and not getting manhandled.

If hakumen can deal with grabs then either tick throw better (more 2As to cause TRM) or do run up 6D (if he uses the grab input to tech grabs). Ragna's rushdown is scary when done right, just dont be predictable. It's like the Tager match-up, have confidence in yourself or they will smell your fear. Go in and show them who's the protagonist around these parts.
