Watching those videos now and to further add to the active sword shielding Ram this is a hidden buff/nerf for her. It appears that the swords act similar to little Eddie in that they can take hits for Ramlethal but it's not as effective as little Eddie.

As you can see here, Daiji lands a combo into 2KK and immediately goes 6S. He attempts to go for a 2D with the cover of the 6S but the Slayer does BDC Mappa Punch and instead of hitting Ramlethal the sword takes the hit and Daiji gets a free punish.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, as this would be something amazingly useful for ramlethal, but that isn't the case. That was a strange situation in which the timing was just perfect so that the familiar would get hit by mappa and ramlethal would still be in a low profile state during 2d. 2d managed to low profile mappa on some dumb luck, 90% of my attempts in this scenario ended with slayer getting hit by sword or hitting ramlethal and the familiar (unless 2d is done late can easily block the mappa though).

Thats actually a good reason to go for midscreen kd; meaty 6hs/6s summon.

That sure motivates me to go back to the lab and test things.

So Pain posted a video containing a lot of neat stuff awhile ago:

I didn't even know 5KK gave knockdown. Thanks to Pain for posting this and to Daiji our lord and savior.

Been having issues getting a hang of her mid-screen oki game, this'll definitely be helpful. Thanks for sharing.

For those without Nico accounts, Pain made another video featuring the sideswap combos

Besides the 5pk4k sideswitch, looks like you can also get a sideswitch from 236k too, which is pretty cool.

So i've been testing out some of these 5KK knockdown setups and it seems that the new blitz buff counters this oki.By the time the opponent blocks the sword Ramlethal is too close,so instead of blocking they can blitz shield it.You can avoid the blitz's repellence by summoning S sword, like in 01:26 in the video, but a little higher. They will still need to block high(delayed airdash or low(2K,2D) even if the successfully blitz shielded the HS sword.Probably there's still time for the fuzzy. Also reversal volcanic viper whiffs.Being able to blitz shield requires specific timing and even if they blitz shield, there's still the mind game of the counter blitz.Probably still her best midscreen oki,but we have to consider the variable of blitz shield

No Pain no gain.

I wasn't aware of that KK4K in the corner after setting out swords after PPP. Definitely gonna lab that shit.
