After asking the Examu PR account, they didn't know anything about region locking titles and that ASW/Aksys are responsible for the port. They have very little say in a lot of things it seems. Doesn't even clash, just outright loses which is interesting. You learn something new everyday. Also, I should think about blocking more instead of mashing C.
