Hama routes seem less "restrictive" in this version. In the corner, you can use the same Hama route with multiple starters. Similarly, the midscreen variant (xx>awakening 214AB>236236C>66 5B>2AB>236CD>5B>2B>jc jB>jA>jC>2A>5B>5C(2)>214A>jc jD) is just as flexible. Beening Report post Posted October 7, 2014 Hey I'm not sure if other people are having this problem but on Elizabeth's 20th mission I have noticed that her j.2B consistently does not come out. I have no idea why because in her earlier combos I could do it midair to combo easily but on #20, after Mind Charge at the end I land 236 AB->5B->2B->jc->j.B->j.2B where j.2B almost never comes out. I have done this combo once and never again, it is extremely frustrating because I have no idea what prevents it from happening. Does anyone know what causes this? Speakeasy Report post Posted October 13, 2014 I'm having trouble getting the garu loop stuff down. How do I do stuff>2AB>236CD[2]>2A>2B>jc>j.B>j.A>j.C>stuff? Is there some trick to the timing? It looks like you need the j.A so that you're below them when j.C comes out so you can do 2A and continue the combo, but I keep either winding up too low and getting j.A to whiff or thinking "I got this" and pressing j.A>j.C and only getting j.C. SectumSsempra Report post Posted October 14, 2014 2A>2B>jc>j.B>j.A>j.C the part that can ruin all follow ups is the 2b jc to J.B, the speed there is important (J.b. basically needs to hit rising if that makes sense, JA as you're falling, JC as your finishing your descent, almost no break between), also the jc being a 9 instead of A helps a lot. The height you hit them with J.B is important, I too thought it was the A or C for the better part of an hour. Unfortunately I still prefer dropping the damage and going for a simple 5aa> 5b> 5c(2)> 2C > to whatever depending on meter( zio, bufu, bufu to Sb zio) from ANY garu, not just this one, if they bounce right, a lot more reliable. It pushes them into the corner and can net you a knockdown as well as putting them into fear and paralysis. Gives you the 1HSM buff and awakening goodies. 5A >5AA >5AAA >214AB >236236B >66 >5B >2AB >236CD [2] >5C (2) >2C >236AB >66 (To corner) >5B >2B >j.5C It does around 3700 damage and cost a bunch of meter. Might not be optimal but, I like it. EDIT: You can add in a final 236CD after the j.5C for extra damage. I tried testing this last month and got some help trying to make it optimal, but it's only worth it if you can squeeze poison into the combo...which is only consistent off of very specific confirms (most of which being fatals). In general it's just not worth it, as you don't get enough blue health back, you blow a lot of meter, and the optimal routes aren't consistent enough or common. Murray Report post Posted December 5, 2014 So... weird BnB route I use, 5AA, 5B, sweep, SB garu (2), 2B, jB, jC, 2A, 5B, 5C, 2C, SB bufu, D agi, sweep for about 3.7k. 2B has to hit low to the ground and they have to be close-ish after jC or 2A,5B drops. You can do 8-2 on SB garu for damage equal to the SB garu (8-2), sweep, D garu (8-2) route too (little over 4k) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
