While the Japanese PSN version of +R has been made available for some time, it unfortunately did not include all of the proposed improvements initially promised when +R was announced back last year. It is yet to be seen if the North American version of this patch is the same 'bare bones' version as the PSN variety released in August, or if ArcSys delayed the patch in other territories in order to catch up to the vision they initially had for the release, including the improvements to netplay and specifically lobbies containing more than 2 players.
