  1. I have the Famitsu and it's written as ゲルトライヤー. With a ト, not a ド. His airdash is a glide that descends quickly.
  2. Raven has been revealed to be a playable character in the console version Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator. Originally appearing as a story NPC, Raven made his debut as a playable character in Guilty Gear 2: Overture but Revelator marks the first time that he's playable in a fighting game. One of the servants of That Man, Raven is a masochist who gets stronger the more damage he takes. Source: Famitsu

  5. No, there's only 3 locked spots. The 4th spot is "random select". It will probably become a character in "Revelator Plus #" Kappa. Also of note: rematch doesn't go back to the VS screen and reloads the entire match any more, it instead just restart the match with all the assets still loaded. Hooray for quicker rematches.

  9. No they don't; the Mujuu no Tate screenshot is her using Tengai no Hi while Mujuu no Tate is active.
  10. New info. http://www.inside-games.jp/article/2016/01/25/95263.html Tengai no Hi = Fireball move. Gets bigger the longer the charge. Jiai no Yuu = Command grab that drains the opponent's health and barrier. Can be used while floating as if it were an air throw to catch them when they jump. Araragi = The Yasakani no Magatama is shot forward like a projectile. Will stop in position when the button is released, so it can be used a a set-type projectile. Hazen no Kui = That kick-teleport-kick super. OD version adds more hits.

While floating she can do ground attacks, specials and even dash while in air, but she she cannot jump for the duration of it. Drive is Sharin/Exodus Arc. It activates her Special Unit "Yasakani no Magatama". While active she can shoot projectiles with Direction+D but she cannot block. It also gives a complete change in abilities from her normal mode. Special Move: Mujuu no Tate. Creates a barrier. While in Yasakani no Magatama mode this will drain her barrier meter but give her invincibility to strike attacks. Overdrive: Zekkai/Arc Force. Gives full access to the abilities of both modes at the same time, can block while active. Distortion Drive: Jindou no Koku. Stops time.

Also appears to have some special mechanic involving the floating wheel behind her. According to Ho-chan/Stunedge, the special mechanic is a float, which she has in place of being able jump. We have a character who can't jump. Overdrive appears to be called "Arc Fall" if I'm reading the katakana right (it also has a kanji name but I can't read it), I don't know what it does. Need full article.

  22. I'm half expecting Izanami to play similarly to A.B.A given the technique she apparently taught to Relius. However, I don't think there's enough info to continue with this discussion about her potential playstyle.

Apart from the additional story content, the Act 2 update also includes numerous additions such as the ability to select a "VS CPU" character in Arcade and Sparring, a brand new game mode called "Speed Star", a new course for Score Attack and a number of added features in Sparring.   24. Also, at the beginning a hole in the embryo just exploded (didn't happen in Act 1 OP). All the character quotes are changed (Noel and Mu appear to have met each other...). "Exceed the Limit" became "You can not exceed the Limit".
