I don't really intend to take MvC3 too seriously, so unless the netcode is THAT bad, I won't complain. The only chance I would have at playing Mvc3 offline would be at a meet-up near my college, but even then, it's mostly just SSF4 and one or two BB set-ups. I finally took the time to learn some combos, but not sure how to approach a match. It just seems too slow of a game for any real pressure, but I'm still new to this. MK9 I mean. I am hoping we get some high level play for it, so I can see how better players go about it and get an idea of what I can do. I haven't really played more than ten matches, so maybe I won't feel as uncomfortable with some experience. There's negative edging in MK? You really have been putting in time in the lab. I will give that input a shot and see what you mean. Never really tried negative edging, aside from some silly fake iris things with Rachel that are hardly practical. also, we have yet to play. whyyyy :|

You know, I never realized that. I actually still hold back when I'm holding the block button in MK. I don't know why, old habit I guess. I have yet to buy mvc3, but from what I hear, Sentinel is still good even after the health nerf. It almost seems like they didn't know what needed to be nerfed down and figured people would be happy so long as he was nerfed. But again, I know nothing about Marvel. Nice, I have no idea who I will be playing yet. Rachel/Mu for sure, but everything else I don't know. CS2 Hazama doesn't look as fun as Ragna and then there is Platinum and Tsubaki. Dx I really should just play three, so need to decide.

I support the whole patching, provided they actually know what they're doing. Capcom just seems to be nerfing for the sake of nerfing, which could totally end up ruining characters that didn't need to be nerfed. also, I have yet to figure out how to makle a lobby in MK9. <<; Buttt, I plan to later on. lol Well, the more you know! I played some Noob online that kept using that and once it hit, do the teleport thing that drags the opponent down. It was fairly effective till I had some clue of what he was going for. He is certainly one of the more advanced characters, but who knows. I'm curious to see how this game develops. Hopefully it doesn't have too many broken aspects. I saw some combo video on youtube, which is what got me to play him. I hate his hair though, so trying to unlock his alt costume as soon as possible. Really? My only complaint with the game was that the EX moves didn't really do much more than the normal version. Er, maybe I haven't tried them out enough, but still! The game could have done without x-ray moves, but ehh, no worse than a super I guess. Have you tried the online yet by any chance?

no worries, I figured you were busy. Nice, I haven't tried Kabal. Wasn't he top tier in UK3? So far Smoke, Qhan Chi and Shang Tsung are fun for me. Saibot looks crazy too. I'm guessing you mean the projectile that doesn't let the opponent block for a bit? oh god, getting hit by that is weird. 4p tag matches are lolzy, but should be fun once people learn to work together.

Yeah, getting it for sure. A lot of heart was put into making it. Capcom could learn a thing or two. No clue on who I will main, probably Shang Tsun.
