Well, that mindset is especially important if you are using a stick and can't go at 100%, so you don't get enraged. I have always played 360 pad, so when I go to the majors I just go to goof around, I don't expect to put in a serious effort because I can't play on ps3 pad or stick well. If I place well then it's just a bonus.
