I haven't heard of any character doing more damage so far. Everybody seems to do less. Maybe it all got moved to the shadow versions.

Localization in general might be weird given the fact that Atlus is going to be under different ownership by the time a console release comes out. Hell, if somebody like Sega gets them we might all be equally fucked.

Liz also gets a counter that forces negative penalty and apparently gets bigger spells when she awakens. Air 2B is also good.

If the hidden baddie at the end of Arena is who they were hinting at, they could likely add whoever the hell they wanted at this point. Except for P3MC. Poor guy.

Wouldn't have the slightest clue on timeline to be honest. If what we're seeing now (shadow versions, character changes, Junpei+Yukari) is their goal, I imagine arcades would be within the year. But if they have more characters planned...
