  1. managing meter use between blitz, fd, rc, and overdrives makes it a much more valuable resource now that frcs are gone which makes mixups alot really expensive. hellfire only buffs overdrive damage from what i know, the powered up stun edges aren't as strong as they were in the previous loketests, split ciel looks like it'll probably be usable in standing combos but the knockdown off it on air hit is probably only good enough for a run up 6hs oki, and 3hs launches on hit. I think blitz is a bit too strong as an answer to literally everything, someone tweeted that you're invuln on a successful blitz where you can catch a projectile oki and they whiff their attack(ex may's dolphin oki into 5d), as it currently stands, the reward is a bit too high for 25 tension, maybe if they add like 70% force proration onto the first hit while they're immobilized then it'll be more reasonable.

  2. From the changes that we know of, i'd say he's probably going to end up being decent. Meter management is going to be a much bigger deal this time around and more emphasis on the fireball and spacing game. The j.S and GS crossup hitbox nerf is terrible though, but i guess the simple confirms into massive dmg kinda makes up for it, really weird for him to be hitting for 50%+ with really basic combos. machabo said it was fun, ain thinks the damage needs to be scaled down a bit, and samitto thinks the game is going to be complete trash with blitz shield guessing games lol

  12. lol np, and something to pay attention to is the first 623c's hit area, for most chars if the tip of rehhyou's sprite hits their feet or slightly under them you'll be able to get a 5b, but if its not youll need to prepare yourself to 5a instead
