2 bar is pretty damn good considering.

I've had a completely different experience. It seems like most japanese people like americans to me. They start smiling when someone mentions they are american. They laugh at my silly jokes which aren't actually funny. This is all offline of course. When I play them in netplay in a room with mics, it usually takes no more than a few games before they offer their sister to me.

i thought you did well. nice job. I watched this live, but I do remember there were some matches you could've ended a bit earlier. for example, by doing 6a>5CC>214D>CT routes. anyway, nice stuff.

having not played vs CT nu, I can't really say, but it sounds like she was stronger in CT. Which can be pretty diff from which feels worse to play against.

I remember that being mentioned after the release of CP. I only remember it being mentioned in reference to the buffer for dashing when a move was recovering, though.

the jab change really sucks ass for netplay imo :/ I guess it depends, but the difference between having to gatling out during hitstop vs having a few frames after coming out, feels larger somehow than it looks to be on paper.

if 6CC generates extra heat that would be news I think. Since CP, Heat = Damage. 3000 damage = 30 heat gained, 1000 damage = 10 heat gained, 10000 damage = 100 heat gained. fake numbers but like that.

tsubaki in CPE is fun and pretty good. tsubaki in Cp was no fun and pretty bad. Rachel in CPE is just awful on netplay, and too much work for too little reward. Really.

Yeah, definitely felt like it. there's no longer any type of game of trying to get full screen where 5d can't reach. the minimum range feels smaller too but I imagine that didn't actually change. Wonder how they'll change this character in the next version.

did they change her drive in any other way? go faster, active longer, reach farther, that kind of thing?
