  1. ah, just looked around and there's another program that does the same thing usbextreme. lets me use a external and works for the ps2 slim model. reason i asked about the external is because I already have one that i used to use for school. thanks again for telling me about this type of program, really appreciate it.
  2. So saving GG Slash once on my HD would enable it to work without me using the HD loader everytime? Does it get saved to another format that enables me to play any import that I've saved? and can I use an external hard drive instead of an internal one? and what's the network adapter for? Sorry for all the questions, just really curious to how this works. Thanks for your time.
  3. Kinda wondering though, if I do all that how does that enable me to play imported games? Do I dl them to my HD? Then any time I want to play them I don't even need the cds? Sounds good as well as convenient except for the costs, with all that it looks like I could just buy a japanese ps2.
  4. how does it work? is it like a boot disk where you load a cd up and flip the lid open to switch?
  5. will it screw up my ps2 in the long run or is it okay?
  6. what exactly is that? is it this thing? http://www.ugo.com/channels/tech/features/ps2_hdd/default.asp i have the slim model ps2 would it be compatible with it?
  7. Sorry, have another question. Is it better to use a fliptop for ps2 or mod a ps2 in order to play imports?
  8. Thanks for the help and suggestions guys, I'm gonna think it through.
  9. Thanks. Would like to start playing, but I guess it'll be weird if I learn this and have to learn core in a few months.
  10. New to GG and have some stupid questions. Are there any benefits in getting this slash for the ps2 other than practicing combos? Is the Ps2 version a perfect arcade port besides the 2 extra characters? Does the GG slash beat book have good info I could use for learning more about the game?
