    Ah, thank you so much for that clarification. I was starting to think I was just terrible at executions because I could not get that to land. But I stuck with what worked and found that adding the 2C made it work perfectly for o extra cost. I did notice that if I did not take a step back after SB Garu, that the 2C launched the opponent behind me but since I was holding back during 236CD anyway I just held 4 a moment longer and input 1C then 236AB and the combo works consistently.

    I have noticed that all of the Mahamoan combos end with the 236D input but after trying them it does seem as though the C version of Magarudyne works with more consistency. Is this a mistake or is there a reason for using the D version over the C version? They seem to have the same number of hits and last about the same length of time so I am unclear as to why we would use a more difficult ender. Also the combos do not seem to work for me as posted. I am not sure if this is somehow due to my using the C version of magarudyne as opposed to the D version (which I cannot seem to land after j.C) but it DOES work perfectly if I simply add 2C in between 236 CD and 236 AB, then C garu combos into hama no problem. This also works off of FC starter or 1HSM starter, no counter.

    I see. Thank you very much. The Thanatos problem was that I was using the SB version which does not allow the 5C (1) > JC since he teleports behind her. I had no idea that I needed to do the B version for it to work.

    I have a few questions regarding Lizzy's combos 1) When perforing awakening 236 CD > 2D > 2A >stuff, I have a difficult time getting the 8~2 ratio correct, any advice or helpful tips for doing this more consistently? I am kinda getting it thru trial and error but would love any advice anyone has. 2) when doing AA 2B > jc > JB > JD, I have a hard time getting the grab to connect consistently. Is the general trick to let JB hit more or less? I really like this combo path and would like to be able to do it reliably and would love any advice anyone may have. 3) Would anyone here consider Hama combos practical? I feel that I shy away from ever using them despite how threatening they are and believe them to be a strong tool for beating Boss Lizzy in score attack. This question is more to get a general consensus for how much priority I should put into learning them further. Thank you all in advance.

    I think this concern may fall under the same category but whenever I try Lizzie's hama combos, I usually get to the end where it's 236 AB > (dash) 5AA> 5B > 2B > j.C >236D and the move goes over the downed opponent. I have a few quesses as to why this happens and would greatly appreciate any confirmation: 1) 5A is hitting the opponent at the wrong time, either too close/ not close enough or hitting too high off the floor, 2) Lizzy is too close for wind's hitbox or too high, probably from 2B, or 3) My timing for the last three or so hits is off, either inputing too slow or too fast. I'm not sure what the problem is but if anyone else has encountered this problem please give me any tips on how to make the last part connect the j.C hits and I fly over the opponent every time.

    [P4AU] Elizabeth Combo Thread

    I was wondering something about a combo video I saw, the link is here It's the combo from 0:17 to 0:27; he basically does 1HSM > 5A > 5B > 5C > 2C > 214B > 5C (first hit whiffs, 2nd hits, does not teleport behind Lizzy) > 2C > 236 AB. I cannot for the life of me get the 5C to happen without Thanatos warping behind Lizzy. I've tried doing it earlier and later and I'm starting to wonder if it is even possible in the current version. Does anyone know if this can be done but I just suck or is this something that is no longer possible ? Thank you in advance for any help.

    Thank you. After testing the timing out for the raw 6C>j.236B>j.214A I did notice that it would not come out untill i saw Seth's hand start to move back after placing the orb. I thought he started to recover when the orb stopped moving but there are actually a few frames after that where you still cannot do it.

    Total noob problem but, when I'm doing Seth's BnB, I get to the part where he does 6C->j.236 B->214A. I used to be able to do this but now that I'm thinking about it, I can no longer seem to get the dive (214A) to occur after the orb placement (j.236B). I tried doing it as soon as possible with input display on and it says I did it correctly but still nothing happened. When I tried doing it after a delay, it came out but the opponent teched before it could reach. If any one can explain what to shot for with this input I would really appreciate it.

    Hey I'm not sure if other people are having this problem but on Elizabeth's 20th mission I have noticed that her j.2B consistently does not come out. I have no idea why because in her earlier combos I could do it midair to combo easily but on #20, after Mind Charge at the end I land 236 AB->5B->2B->jc->j.B->j.2B where j.2B almost never comes out. I have done this combo once and never again, it is extremely frustrating because I have no idea what prevents it from happening. Does anyone know what causes this? Has this happened to anyone else doing this combo?

    OK. thanks. That thing about the distance makes sense. So the main problem seems to be that was too close to the corner when I landed 236B. That does make this part of the combo super impractical though but still good until then.

    Hey, two things: 1) under Combo Enders, it says 236 A/B/C when I think you mean 214 A/B/C for the fireball, and 2) on the 27th mission for the new challenge mode: 5B > 5C > 3C(2) > 214214A , 5D > 22B , 5B > 5C > 2C , 5C > 236B , 6B > 236C I am having a hard time figuring out why the explosion from 236B sometimes works before the enemy techs, thus allowing the 6B to combo but most of the time the enemy techs before the explosion happens. I think the only thing we can do to influence this is the timing of the dash cancel but I cannot tell if it is a matter of not doing the dash fast enough, doing it too fast, or if perhaps the timing of when we press the B button has some effect. Does anybody here understand how to make it work consistently? If so please let me know too. I have done it a couple times but I don't understand why it worked when I did.

    [CP] Hazama Combo Theory Discussion Thread

    I apologize if this isn't the best place but while I was going through Hazama's challenge mode I became confused at his 26th challenge because after he lands CH 236-D he performs houtenjin but from the tip of the venom sword followed by what appears to be a dash cancel, and when I had the input display on the inputs were 23626-B. Does anyone know how or why this works? It seems very useful for calling out a move with venom sword but I can't seem to reliably do it. I was just wondering if anyone here figured out how to do it or if there's some trick I'm missing. I did that challenge anyway but I would love to hear how some of you dealt with it.

    I was wondering if anyone could help me get the timing on this combo: •[o] j.B > j.C(1) > 5B > 2B > 236CD > j.214CD > [6] > j.B > 5A > 5B > j.B > j.C(2) > j.236D [DM:4138/SP:7%(-25%)3%] --------------------------------------------l---------l How high must I be to do the Pandora missile EX here? If I do 8>j.214CD it comes nowhere close but if I tiger-knee it the computer recovers long before it happens. I am also having little luck canceling 236CD into it or is that what I am supposed to do? Turns out canceling works now I want to know how to connect the j.B. The combo list says to hold 6 but I think we have to hold [3] to get there. Any advice? Thank you. I am glad that that was an error because I thought I was failing bad until I did it with one hit and the damage matched up.
