oh also I thought I read somewhere that there Shoryuken UW holds casuals on wednesdays? where is that held?

hey its dollacash, i just had a question about the saturday P4A tourney. Do people usually come before the tournament to play casuals and just hang out? or does everyone just come around the time the tourney starts?
