    are there secretly two versions and inputs? one that groundbounces and one that doesn't?

    [CS2] Ragna General Discussion

    couple things i noticed in vids: apparently you can combo after heel drop if you RC it? i saw it in one of the earlier geesendou vids (like first 6 or so), dunno if it was valid/invalid or what also yeah it looks like you can combo after brush aside if you have good distance so.... could this result in a combo that was like... gatling -> launcher (6C(1)?) -> aircombo -> inferno divider, upper, heel drop RC -> land, launcher or land aircombo? -> inferno divider, upper, brush aside -> land, launcher....desired followup lol maybe into heel drop for close knockdown i don't know it's a stretch but if you can combo after heel drop RC like i saw it's probably at least possible on tager because he is so ridiculously massive oh, and the initial post isn't completely in a/b/c/d, some of it is still in w/m/s so now it's REALLY confusing with both o_o

    AC A.B.A. 101: RTSD with a 500lb. Key guide

    ...this character is too good to contribute to pressure string ideas, i asked because was toying with this string: (point blank, corner) c.S f.S 2H rekkas FRC 6H butt although it was more of a string i was playing with to see how totally bad i could screw the guard bar in one string. a practical version (for adjusted spacing) would probably be a little different in the beginning but just seeing how insanely she can jack up the guard bar so fast is scary and it ends with butt so you'd be able to change the string (maybe skip rekkas, keep 6H or something, their guard bar should still be real flashy) to land butt closer and RC and get mixup off it o_o too good

    quick question frame data says that butt is -6 on block, is that regardless of when the move hits? in other words, would I be able to fix my spacing to have butt hit as late as possible (on block) to take that frame disadvantage to a minimum (or, dear god, get ++frames)? it seems like it'd be a great move in a blockstring to get you closer in if you can avoid punishment -6 isn't too much of a disadvantage as well, would you be able to have it be "safe" if you were knocked back far enough to avoid the fast punishers (everyone's 5p/2p/5k/2k)?

    AC Millia: Combo Discussion

    Would be nice if someone was able to get (either show a video already made from arcade or just record) a video of at least one of these because figuring out exactly how long these "pauses" should be is a little difficult >_>;;

    Switching from pad to stick - advice needed.

    o_O? for #R? Are you surrrreeee because that doesn't seem to work for me/on it (trying it with keyboard and pad as well...only the double movement (9566) seems to work O_o)

    Switching from pad to stick - advice needed.

    Alright, I have a problem. I'm trying to get down a (somewhat long) combo for Millia on #R with my arcade stick. The diagonals are still inconveinient. The part of the combo I'm working on (it's long so I'm doing it in parts) now is: 2H -> jump cancel (forward) -> instant air dash -> j.S -> j.H -> 5S© -> 2H Now the part that's giving me a huge amount of trouble (been in training mode 4 hour now) is the IAD. Problems: -The diagonals are bleh, so unless I'm careful, the stick will hit 8 before it hits 9 on the jump cancel, making me jump up and ruining it. This is part of the reason why I do 3H instead of 2H, I can just run my stick up the side and hit the 9 without hitting the 8. -Unfortunately this contributes to another problem: When I do 66 for the IAD, half of the time it will go too fast, and suddenly, Millia does an HS disc (even though I pressed 2H already, and no buttons other than that) -Other times I'll just be too slow and it won't be an instant air dash anymore, just an almost-instant-air-dash that doesn't lead to a relaunch and ends the combo >_< -Basically I need to 66 between the time that Millia suddenly jumps from jump cancelling and the time that...well...it's too late. This seems....virtually impossible to do from just looking at when Millia leaves the ground and reacting. I've tried counting (sort of) from after the 2H hits, but that doesn't help. I've pulled it off probably about 15 times now (in four hours), and I'm gonna need to pull off this IAD thing 3 times in the combo and I'm gonna need to pull off the combo like....pretty often. Can anyone help me out here or something x_X;;

    ATTN: Everyone Beware of Teyah's Sol. It's Rainbow colored. O_O Totally rainbow Sol vs completely silhouette black Millia with an invisible super? XDD And I almost beat Teyah once. As in one round of course (god forbid one match) >_>

    Totally stupid question, but how do you use the (sp) color palettes in the palette editor o_o I accidentally put one that I took a while to make there XDD

    Switching from pad to stick - advice needed.

    I just got a new stick a couple hours ago (a guy who worked at the gamestop happened to play and told me about this site), and well....wow, the transition is pretty rough. The last time I had bought a stick was for DOA4 the 360 stick, and the transition was, well, probably as smooth as butter. Although I'm still fairly new to GGXXS, with the pad I was able to use Millia to play comfortably at Maniac. I've picked up the stick now, and well....I can't consistently pull off qcb or qcf movements anymore >_>;; I'm not too sure if it's because GG just requires cleaner button movements, or because I haven't been practicing with GG lately (the whole reason I bought the stick was because my friend broke the square button on my only controller, and for the past week i've been playing MBAC with my friend's controller, or MBRe-Act, netplaying a friend but using an xbox 360 controller which only allows you to use the ANALOG STICK OMFGAR >_<) I'm pretty sure it isn't the stick itself though, because I tried MBAC with the stick and now I'm a lot better at it o_o;; It's very weird getting used to, mainly because some things are easier (at least for me) and others are harder. RCing and FRCing is loads easier for me (I know it isn't all that hard in the first place but I have small thumbs so it was sort of difficult), but qcf and qcb movements might as well be random at this point. For example, I can FRC Millia's HS Tandem Top every single time now, but actually executing the tandem top in the first place is a big problem. >_< I guess I need to practice o_o
