It says there that the combo started with fully charged Tsurugi.. pretty unlikely to happen.. unless some scrub fell for it..

this can't beat the TK Tsubaki+Hotaru into OD combo.. but this is definitely more retarded than the Mugen+OD Shippuu x 9 combo.. I love it..

i'm liking the changes.. better midscreen damage is more significant than uber corner damage.. and i like how you can cancel lots of stuff to steins..

Mu's color scheme looks Noel anyway.. why bother?

since she's Noel anyway, i'm betting on either Nu palette or Lambda palette.. haha..

kuh.. slower C moves? since i did not play her in CS1, i might really have to relearn her neutral game..

i'm just loving the fact that the changes don't look harsh enough to relearn her.. i guess only the corner combos would be hurt considering how they want to nerf the combo length.. oh well, we'll see next month..
