I actually am not sure who the batsu/morrigan death combo was on, although it might have been Karas and it looked like it could have kept going.

I've seen multiple death combos, the most memorable being one with Batsu and Morrigan where Batsu did like 10 rejumps in one combo. However, realize that infinites do not matter much in this game as there is now a universal burst (Mega Crush).

Baroque I heard is some powered up mode that you can use if you sacrifice your red life. that's all I know about it though, although I don't think it's custom combos... Roll actually looks good for once. Her level 3 cracks me up. I was already decided on playing her regardless of if she can compete, though. she's got a broom, she's totally prepared to sweep the competition! Can anyone say if Gold Lightan looks remotely good AT ALL? Will he even be tourney legal (so, is he on arcade)?

Posting to recommend vids of me v skisonic and point out that I had to leave from Ohio for a 5 hour drive home, hence forfeiting to noel. I really wanted to play the match, but he was busy with marvel or something. also recommending pretty much anything to do with capps. some epic finishers, and capps generally playing really really well. ... for that matter, watch the whole thing.

This is extremely true, regardless of my utter failure to get it working. I know it DOES work, I just fail at it.

Akatsuki and Mycale were S tier yes, but they hardly dominated from my experience. I played Sai, who apparently went up to A tier even though I still thought he wasn't very good. Generally I didn't play the game enough to be a reliable source of information, but hey, day 1 with generally good players figuring almost everything necessary out FAST, I was raping with Sai for a pretty good while.

Pyro's not good anymore. They basically just got rid of the HP bonus on the backburner and now it sucks almost as bad as it did before. The HP bonus was the ONE deciding factor between the backburner and flamethrower. It's good that they balanced the weapons, BUT they made the class imbalanced in the process. IMO it needs 200 (preferably 225 but obviously they won't want that) base HP and then STOP CHANGING IT. The thing is that they NEEDED to buff pyro, it's horribly unusable in its original form. Same goes for spy but Spy is actually being NERFED regularly. TF2 balance is just falling and falling and falling now. I really like the game, the balance just needs to be better. It wouldn't be hard. They just fail at it. Well enough of that, back to the Guilty Gears.

I want Speed Racer, Q, Q-Bee, and more Rival Schools (especially more rival schools!), and I'll be ENTIRELY satisfied. I'm fine as long as I get any one of those though, basically. Hell we already have Morrigan and Batsu so I'm fine playing either one of those two.

OCV also commonly comes up in CvS2, KoF that isn't XI and similar games, since those games only have you switching characters after one is defeated. If you don't lose a single character, bam, OCV.
