Really quick question for those of you who live in So Cal: Does the City of Industry's Round 1 Arcade have a cabinet for Extend? I was snooping around the internet for information beforehand and found this: https://twitter.com/M8trixMatt/status/217458150406766592/photo/1/large Since the Arcade version of Extend also says "Continuum Shift II", I was just wondering if anyone who's visited Round 1 recently could confirm whether the Blazblue cabinet is Extend or CSII?

What are some good follow-ups for an anti-air FC 4D? When I try going for FC 4D > d.6A > d.6C > d.2D > SR and the opponent is already in the air, they're too high up already and by the time I launch them with SR, I can't catch them with 6C anymore. So, am I missing something like an extra filler d.5A or is there anything else I can do when 4D counters an airborne opponent? :?

Ah, thanks for all of your inputs guys! (: So from this, I should resort to 2A to be safe but should use 6A if I feel like it will hit or against Tager because dat hitbox. I'll be sure to keep everything you guys have just suggested in mind and try doing a comparison between the two later tonight or tomorrow when I have time to go on. Thanks, again!

I'm pretty sure 6A will give more damage than 2A, and it's not like one move lets you lag a bit before dashing to the corner right? But then again, sometimes you can f' up on catching them with 6A and end up whiffing the 6C follow-up whereas 2A will catch them regardless. Just sorta wanted to see everyone's thoughts on this.

Hey there guys, I have a question pertaining to Thor corner combos. After hitting them with Thor, is catching the enemy with 6A instead of 2A character-specific? I've started using 6A to catch opponents after using Thor in the corner and it has seemed to work out alright so far. Should I continue to use 6A to catch opponents, or should I stick to 2A? Also, a few reasons why or how come would be appreciated. (:

Um, does anyone know any good 4D (FC) enemy in the corner RC combos? I find myself FC sometimes in the corner with some dead-weight meter, so I was wondering if there was any way to maximize my damage with a RC. So far, all I got is: 4D (FC) > d.6C > d. 2D > RC > 3C > 22B~C > 66 > 6C > 6D > 4D > AT > 446C(2) > 6C > 5D > 236D > 6C > 236A > 6C > j.D > d.6D > d.5B > d.6B > d.5C > BT Total Damage: 6.7-6.8k-ish (7.6k w/ Fenrir) Total Heat Gain: 56 So, are there any better combos or improvements to this one? I was messing around by adding Thor after the 446C, but I failed to find anything else better than the first one I made up.

Klasher, I was in your situation just a few months ago. (BBCSEX is my first 2D fighter and yeah, I also normally play RPGs LOL) What I did was going on to Challenge mode to practice the basics of Noel. Learn the basics first since most of her combos contain the same patterns in them so familiarizing yourself with those patterns will help you greatly. After being able to do some of her challenge combos, you can try some of the harder stuff in the combo thread. When you've got that handled down, try a few matches with some CPU players or some casual matches with a friend or two to get used to it. But most importantly, before trying to learn combos, you should familiarize yourself with Noel's normals. Learning the basics of the basics is what I'd consider most important. But then again, I'm just another Noel scrub who's also still learning, so be sure to listen to the advice of the others here. xP

And oh yeah, I always seem to forget that I link Fenrir to Thor for an assured victory if the opponent has low health. I really need to review the fundamentals of Noel. @_@

Ah, roger that Alpha! (: And yeah, I've got to remember to use Thor sometimes when I've air hit-confirm the opponent near the corner. There have been many times when I've been able to land a j.C on an opponent that had little HP left, but forgot to combo it into either RB > RC > RB (when they have nearly no HP left) or Thor > 662A > stuff. And yes, whenever I have more questions, I won't hesitate to ask. Also, I gotta learn those 5/2C > RC > 665A combos. Never tried them before, but I can see how they'd be very useful depending on your situation. (i.e. midscreen, where using Thor instead wouldn't have much effect since you wouldn't be able to pick them up with 662A).

OH GOD, YES. THOR COMBOS THAT DON'T REQUIRE j.4D. (I keep forgetting to delay j.4D when doing the Thor combo from mission 15 lol) Thanks x 1213910328. (And Alpha too for also being extremely helpful, especially on XBL) Once again, I really don't know what to say to express the amount of appreciation for your guys' help. ^^

So, besides for throw baiting, it'd be best to avoid using it due to how punishable/unsafe it is, right? And one last question: Besides Challenge Mission 15, are there any better combos that incorporate Thor in the corner? Hope I'm not asking for too much >< but I've been really appreciating the advice!
