  1. Sins j.H beats Ram's j.p all the time as well.... At least whenever I play against sin
  2. Are there any setups for 6H(deployed/equipped) off 2KK?
  3. Ive gotten the full combo off regular daruo, it just seems like you recover later on regular daruo so the timing to dash after is a bit different. In fact I'd say even though regular daruo is worse I've had an easier time not dropping a midscreen combo off of it due to it not floating characters as high. Less room for the opponent to be too high for pk to hit. --------------- Question on pressuring with Ram, is it ever a legit frametrap if you cancel one of your normals into 6S/6H? i.e. 2KP>6H>5A/2A etc. If not what else can you do for pressure when not in a knockdown situation? Are you only limited to 2KPK and 2KPP?
  4. Good to know. Now I dont have to practice that shit for hours on end :p Also are there any safe jump setups off 2KK?
  5. Oh, so they can always mash out of it no matter which version you use?
  6. Is the only way to do a sword mixup off a 2KK(when the sword is far from the opponent) by doing an IA 6S/6H? This setup is tough as hell to get down as the timing is super strict. If not are there any ways of making the IA 6S/6H off the 2KK easier to execute?
  7. What Is Ramnlethals game plan in neutral? I find that I'm completely lost in knowning what to do with her neutral game. Deploy swords? Keep swords for pokes? Her game totally confuses me.
  8. Im not at home so I cant try this out but how hard is the dash pk>dash pk>dash kpp>ppp vs the Daiji version of the loop? The former seems like it does a lot more dmg and carries the opponent even further to the corner than the latter.
  9. I honestly dont even see that either from the big three(Karinchu, Batako,Sharon). Instead I see: midscreen daruo>dash pk>dash pk>dash kpp>ppp Seems to be the go-to midscreen / midscreen to corner transition combo
  10. It seems like 8D loops now are generally only attempted in the corner instead of midscreen off a daruo, at least based on all these batako and sharon match vids I'm watching. Im guessing its because of the relaitve difficulty of doing an 8D loop off daruo midscreen vs the corner? If I do see an 8D loop midscreen it's generally because they got hit by a 2H/2S or got caught in the air by something
  11. Does anyone have the frame data on the recovery of 6S/6H/2H/2S (and their air varients) on Ramlethal(not on the swords) the wiki doesn't have any frame data for that. I see a lot of Ram players use swords in neutral and in mixups by jumping and doing an immediate 6S/6H/2H/2S, rather than just doing it on the ground. Is it because of lessened recovery on Ram for the air versions or something? And thanks for the write up C0R You're missing the link to pk. It's tough. Try hitting microdash~pk slightly earlier
  12. Thanks a ton for this. Do you have any oki setups for these combos paticularly for 623P 5PPP Dash c.S 5s 6S Dash c.S 6HS 5HS 214K I generally have no idea what to go for in terms of oki involving any combo that has both swords placed by the time you go for oki as I cant do the regular oki setups I usually do with at least one of the swords equipped due to the faster(or slower if the swords are far away) startup of 6S/6H
  13. I am point blank with them when they're regrounded, however the 5ppp pushes me too far away to do her high unless I micro dash after and the dash is on point. If not then 6K will be too far away to use before the opponent wakes up Also does anyone have any BnB midscreen combos?
  14. how do you keep valentine really close to the enemy to set up for oki in the corner when you do: 5PPP IAD j.S j.HS 2D 623P 5PPP I saw Jiyuna do it in his combo video, but I have no idea how hes able to keep ram so close to the opponent after 5PPP. When I do it I'm usually a bit further behind so 6K is too far away to combo from after an immediate dash
