doubt it. Noel's was a different costume, this is just a different palette like Dark Tsubaki. And her original colors weren't released in BBCP so I kind of doubt they'd do that for Elphelt. But there is a first time for everything, so who knows. It just bothers me why dark Elphelt is back since she reverted back to her original self at the end of Xrd's story
