    Have you tried double power dunk stuff yet? Just try hitting that into it self. You could do that in the other games. Maybe now it works again and of course since you want as many clean hits as possible... As for dragon install id assume just comboing that new move into it self.. My main idea I had now is f+p should combo to dragon install stand kick now from my theory fighterish. That was was the main thing I was going to try with it.

    That I recall sol I recall sols command throw combo already does 165-175 depending on if you do the 4 or 5 hit side winder combo.. So not sure if 20 points is really worth a full super unless your doing it for the burst benifits... I dont see much use in that property besides, obviously if you punish a burst if they have been hit by a side winder so you can get double damage that sorta idea. Id think it should be possible though to get wiff fafnir to super in situations where you can side winder to BB like iad attack to it, or jump s, hs. Id also assume you can get it off of clean hit grand viper. So those random combo you do vs lights like sweep, grand viper, should be pretty damaging... I think the problem with it is its just al ot of super to use and where you would use it the hit/damage buffer is already so high its fairly negligable.

    Oh wow you can actually see how many frames your off? So 10 frames eh? So then a stand hs shoudl work assuming you somehow got the distance etc correct. Perhaps for the last loop something like slash fireball, link stand hs, f+k, slide or something to end. As for the 6+hs, working to jump dust thats great you cuold potential get some good damage from that. Glad to hear that works. Now just gotta optimize it. As for the not being able to get a stand punch or slash after the 6hs>j.d>j.s>j.hs probably cuz of game keeping the jump dust recovery till you land thats what the animation lock is. You have to reset jump dusts normally or else they will always make some of your next moves have recovery. Have to do that bug or whatever it is to get rid of it in that situation. I dont recall if you can even do it iwth kys hs, but I know for sure it works with slash. So that combo would probably have to be jump k, as low as possible slash, then act like your chain comboing to your normally literally and it should work.

    well is the jump dust fast enough to do though, say a f+hs air hit then jump dust to combo? Or something along those lines? Also have you tried instead of just a f+hs after shoryuken loop in the corner, what about when you land slash fireball, then f+hs, does the slash fireball hit late so you have time to link an attack after it that way? EDIT: Oh yea if air dust is faster to, or recovery whatever it is, I wonder if F+hs, to jump dust works on higher staggers now just on the ground wise?

    Cool thanks I just tried on regular AC and got 283 so I guess it does do more damage then. So now the question would be how much does the corner combo do.. After the f+hs, stand slash, duck hs, dp, stick them to the wall then how ever much more you can get after that with what the hit buffer allows you to. Speaking more of combos vs lights in the corner you can just do f+hs, jump hs, land stand s for automatic jump install.. But where there is the jump hs before since jump dust is faster can you now jump dust and get that to hit? Bummer if it seems you dont have enough time to get a f+hs after lighting strike oh wel..

    Well since who knows when ever the patch is going to come out, did anyone get the game for vita? Has anyone tried these combos to see what the damage difference is between games? I belive that that sweep has a damage buffer on it in +r, but f+hs is suppose to have less.. so do the combos = out beacuse of that or?... I assume beacuse of the corner loop now obviously you would do the dp loop in the corner maybe that does more damage. I think I alluded to ive still neve rseen japanese do it but I assume you can link fireballs with this as well to get some more damage.... Also in situations where you would stun dipper RC, to dash in duck jab combo and that like.. what is the damage comparision to just stun dipper, lighting strike FRC. Can you run in from that distance to get a duck jab to air combo? So basically the same thing for a qaurter less the meter, and supposedly the damage buffer isnt as heavy off it since the first update? Also saying that can you get lighting strike FRC, to f+hs? I assume the timing is tight for that the same as these combos are but I wonder if possible. Sigh so many things I want to try le sigh~

    There doesnt seem to be a general video thread for ky but for pure novely I made a very quick video of the limited release GGX 1.5 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYnBR6LyeEc You can see some of kys changes. Id love to make a combo video for the game, but the game lags a lot on my cpu, let alone when I try to record it. Its acctualy was hard to even do speical moves period while recording.. Oh well if I ever get a better CPU maybe ill come back to it some day.

    Thanks, yea I was VERY close to using the winnie the pooh theme song to troll.. but I stuck with that... Anyway yea since f+p does a few more frames of stun, im thinking the second combo shown is going to be much easier and realsitic to do. Probably wont work vs super light characters still. But all teh characters its iffy vs full and mid screen could become very realistic.

Obviously the johnny was is simple enough, and pretty realistic.. but the order sol one is to show that I think this combo will be much more realsitc since f+p does more stun now. Depending on how much easier this is could be a prety easy bnb.

    You know another thing that should work to better now is the just any old combo to F+p, 2 hit grand viper mid screen. Obviously it works easily enough in the corner. but realistically it only works vs johny mid screen. Some other characters like faust, axl, order sol , aba ,testment, are plausible but in a real match situation probably better options. But maybe now this combo will be realstic vs everyone mid screen. Also maybe you can even get one hit grand vipers now off some set ups which would be nice.. Then again I still expect there to be some sorta silly gun flame combos to, even loops once people explore a bit more.... Speaking of johnny(and robo ky espeically)4 hits, to full grand viper combo in the corner, I assume now it probably will be better to do f+p to combo now after words now... Also im iffy on this one working, but im wondering if maybe it might be possible to link after late hitting fafnir.. It doesnt look like this will be possible from what ive seen and done in my head.. But maybe!

    NP.... Id like to finish up a lot of those other combo videos I wanted to do for the game since its on PS3 of course now so I have a controler to play on.. But honestly I cant do a lot of the super quick timing stuff on the ps3. Its to loose.. Especially those ky combos with the fireball, f+hs combos... Just cant get my fingers to roll accross the buttons as well.. I still have a lot of ideas for sol though. Like I said in that other AC+r thread, you really should be able to combo into dragon install etc now so he has a lot of options that I am not seeing the japanese use.. But then again I dont think they really pushed AC very far as even when I made these videos back in 2007 or whenever the game came out, I still never see japanese do these ones even to this day shrug..

    you know seeing some more of these videos I think tyrant rave change maybe better, it looks pretty possible to me that you should be able to link grand viper stuff off it for huge damage. Sorta like how in old AC you can actually power dunk, to 2 hit grand viper for extremely damaging combos... Im still suprised I havent seen any japanese do f+p to dragon install combos. Im pretty sure that should work.. Just no one pushing the game with sol yet still sadly.

    God the online has been awful.. have people seriously had any even remotely playable matchs? ive played about 20 matchs now maybe and I still havnt had a match where I can do a sweep to fireball lol. *face palm*

    Ah ok you know something else that I bet probably works since dragon install is faster f+p, to dragon install maybe he will have some cool instant dizzy combos from it.. And even if the dp in that mode doesnt work the same, still combo to whatever or his new overhead loop. This sounds realyl good actaully. Sigh I wish the game would come out so I could make another combo video already...

    From what I have read on japanese boards and seen, I think its just that f+p now acts the same way on air hit as it did on ground hit. Also I belive on the boards they said that it has 2 more frames of stun period. Combo wise im thinking something like something maybe even as ghetto as f+p, gun flame sorta loop might be somewhat possible. Im sure you can get some wonky combos with. Im guessing maybe some stuff using grand viper and that as well. I dont think power dunk will work to it thuogh still which sucks. Maybe say you do a side winder loop, then when you are getting to the end instead of a hit to BR, or something you can do s,f+p then something to work them to the corner some more. Doesnt look like you can get any combo off regular fafnir to super that ive seen any video or talked on the boards. Although for the time being in the corner im going to assume you can. But maybe its tight. Compare the added on super to that like his regular ground throw, youll have to link a stand k, or dp sorta feel... Im thinking he will also have a power dunk, side winder loop as well. In my head it works, and generally any time ive made any of those combo videos back in the day its worked so..... I think maybe even smoething like old school gun flame power dunk loop might be smoewhat useful as well.

    I Think it seems pretty good. I mean its better right? Now you get combo off it. Depending on the damage buffer ill assume it will probably be used pretty similar to situations where you might use his super fireball. Im gonna guess the difference is, charge drive will be alittle more damaging, while the super fireball builds a little more meter with the combo after words. Just will have to see how the damage buffer works with it.

    I dont see why you would never use the lighting strike. It does good damage for simple combos, the only reason it isnt used more is because you dont get the wake up options from it. The only time doing a regular OTG after of something where you might do more is if you did a huge combo where you litterally are only doing pixels so mashing on jab or something would do more. Im thinking in the next game you can probably get some stuff like in the corner like regular combo get to the end and do sweep, or a f+k to dp, stick them on the wall. Then whatever. And instead of just doing f+hs like the japanese are doing right now to f+k, or a duck hs after words. The more damaging option should be a fireball link, or f+hs, to jump hs, then land and combo. havnt seen anyone do it in a video, but im pretty positive it should work since well.... Im pretty good with combos I guess lol. So say for a example a full combo might be, k, s, hs, then either sweep or f+k, slash dp, whatever button it is to stick them to the wall then.. slash fireball(hits late) then f+hs, jump hs, land s, duck hs, dp sorta thing. This seems pretty plausible to me. And no meter what so ever. Also im wondering if you can get some combos now with 3+hs, in the air. In the other games it was in you could do stuff like super fireball, FRC, to f+hs, hits twice then run in combo. Maybe you can get this off some set ups with frc fireball in the air. I dont think it will do much damage, but vs lighter characters im gonna guess you can get a loop of dp, stick to wall, f+hs, jump hs, over and over again. Sorta like how I showed in the videos before how you can do sweep, fireball FRC, f+hs, jump hs, land combo. But now just keep adding dps in that. Might at least look cool. Oh also forgot if people recall in very large combos dp wont knock down period, after wall bounce, im thinking with just the stick to the wall one you probably can get a knock down in some situations where you couldnt before.. but i guess that is getting into combo videoish stuff.

    Umm that I recall sweep, to fireball f+hs does actaully work on every character in the game. Just some are more specific then others.. Didnt I show it on every character in my videos? I think maybe only aba(and axl? rubs chin) it was not realistic at all because it was only in the corner and a more specific distance? But its been a long time.
