Speaking of Hibiki's Astral, I always thought that this was it.

Unfortunately, there are some people like DSP or LowTierGod. They won't play this game, but when they do, you can expect the mashing.

Characters like Tsubaki and Terumi gets murdered to pieces. That seems more likely, but then again, combos changes from characters to characters, so they need to think about the combos overall to make it balanced. Otherwise, we'll have mess in our hands. That sentence leaves so much into interpretation that it's hard to make something out of it. Thankfully the loketests will give our answers soon enough. Can't wait for Terumi, Relius and Hibiki to rise to the top!

Not sure on what that quite means, but maybe the first few hits of a combo is stronger, and it gets slightly weaker the longer you keep it up? This could affect some characters that does few hits but hits like a truck.

I think this has got to do with his overall gameplan getting improved. In the original patch, Adachi was a character that wasn't that good outside of Awakening, although he had an amazing comeback potential that shouldn't be underestimated at all costs. With the new patch however, Adachi became better outside of awakening, being able to use his tools freely without it being a double-edged sword (DP, 5D and Evil Smile) and getting some other improvements (Gunshot and his ground grab) but to compensate, his Awakening got nerfed by making status effects weaker and overall changing what status effects Magatsu Mandala inflicts. (RIP RAGE FUNERAL WILL BE HELD AT 10AM) He seems to lost his NaCl making moments and became a more fair character. I like this version of Adachi better as of now, and we'll see more once 2.0 hits the consoles.

Thanks alot for the summary Red. From the looks of it, Adachi looks completely changed in some aspects (Those Gunshots man) and it looks positively better (Atom Smasher will be missed though) I should get onto exploring those Japanese videos
