  1. Cool, if this rumor turns out to be true, it would be in line with what happened with BBCP 1.1 last year. Seems plausible, but who knows.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CP_owgvApIM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGLOA51gnY0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwiLcr0WX4M Some +R Winners, Losers, and Grand finals matches of a local tournament I went to a few weeks ago. All Faust matches, mainly Vs. Ky and Faust!
  3. Considering this game is in the same kind of situation and event time frame the BBCP 1.10 patch was last year, it's quite likely the console version will get patched in May or June, and was a free patch based on that track record. This is not as big of a revision like other actual named installments have been in the past. But even if it takes longer to come out past Evo, that's fine since the current version of Xrd is still good, despite its flaws.
  4. This is why I just refer to it as just FD Jumping.
  5. Still having this issue too, on both my Japanese and US copies. Anybody at least found a workaround for this? Is Arc Sys or Aksys aware of this issue? I got my LE from amazon.ca shipped on the 22nd and arrived the 24th with the expedited shipping option.

Faust in Accent Core: Game Play/Stategy

I've been playing +R Faust for awhile since the patch hit Japanese PSN. What are you looking for exactly? There's a lot of variations and uses for Faust's FB Pogo since it now ignores/remove OTG status, and with back pogo slam having double the untechable time, you can do some interesting stuff if you cross up with the 9D follow up while on the pogo. e.g. j.2K > j.236D, (land), 9D, 66, 7*, S, H. 50% tension, Good combo for switching sides to say put your opponent in the corner. *at this point you are now facing the other direction, so you hope forward one step so that you can hit them with the ground flower to lift them up into going my way. You can also use j.236D as a pickup now by tiger kneeing it (2369D) after doing a standard pogo combo in the corner too. Or as an easier follow up after scalpel pull, bat > FB TNT explosion followup for a pickup. I should probably ask to get a wiki account to update the Dustloop Wiki for Faust sometime so I can add in some of the combos options he has. There are quite a bit now in +R!

    [AC+R] News & Gameplay Discussion

As a fellow Canadian I was wary of this too because of Arc Sys' statement, but it turns out that the PSN update for +R on Canadian PSN (which is probably indeed the same as US PSN) also includes +R. So no shenanigans with needing a US account to download the free update like you had to do with XBL. Edit: And it was confirmed in the other thread anyways!

Faust in Accent Core : General Discussion

Does anyone have or know of an updated item drop distribution list for his item toss move in AC and +R? The closest thing I could find was one mentioned in Edward Chang's GGXX Slash FAQ on Gamefaqs. New items have been added since then, and I imagine it'd be pretty similar to the one given there, but I'd be interested to know what the new numbers are for that.
