I bought my DLC+Online pass on the HK PSN but I got the game from the Japanese PSN. So yes you can buy DLC from HK PSN.

Checking the BBS threads (same thread as KiraYamatoSF I guess), I saw some other tierlist from today apparently (other than the top some top 3ks being ranked differently and Tallgeese III being top B for instance, it keeps more or less a similar idea if we compare it to KiraYamatoSF's ). However I am more curious about how the patch affected the buffed/nerfed suits, I saw this post but my Japanese is hugely lacking and since those were posted on patch day I am not sure if it's legit /accurate or not.

I'm actually curious. Care to explain why? Was it because C Tier WZTV was nerfed ? Kappa
