wow that seems to be a lot of work, especially now that the damage is lower, I always thought she could use a buff or two, but reading all this i see why they need to make her better

I don't think Rise would be much of a zoner, I think she would kinda be like Hakumen from BB and maybe like Azreal, relying on guards and weak spots

Im confused, what does it mean by 2c travel distance increase, isnt that where Thanotos stands still and does that howl/burst thing? So does it mean the blast radius has increased?
