    I will never main anyone but Relius.  You don't even know about that loyalty son.  I've been on that train since CSE dropped.

    But on the subject of potential things, that circular object behind her has me intrigued. My first instinct was to recall the nutjob Tira from Soul Calibur. But something tells me that, if this turns out to be Imperator/Izanami (even though it's pretty damn obvious she is), she won't be doing insane hula-hoop tricks and cackling like a loon. Just 12 more days though and we will get to see Act 2 (or earlier if there is a stream happening in celebration).

    A little bit of Marie, a little bit of necromancer Shinnok.  That's what I'm hoping for.

    Don't forget the part where the commentary is only one channel so if you watch with headphones you'll get one ear just blown the fuck out with screaming out of nowhere lol.

    I always thought of AF as being given to whoever has the "momentum" in the match.  Based on the points you listed, that seems to make sense.  So pretty much if you're putting up a solid defense and not getting opened up, or if you're opening them up successfully, then you should get AF right?  Hopefully the inevitable tutorial mode for console expands upon AF to clear things up.

    Notable differences from CPE Relius, this is very likely not all of them so please help me with this.

    • Old 236D (Geara Act aka the yo yo) is gone, in its place is an Ignis command grab, Geara Caus/Cars.  Somewhat slow startup and requires Ignis but still we're a puppet character with a goddamn command grab.  Shoutouts to Damned Fang.
    • Id Zein's hit effect is changed, it "vacuums" the opponent towards Relius on hit rather than wall bounces in the corner.
    • Gad Leis (41236B) has been changed significantly.  Startup is much faster but recovery is slower, combos with it have to be adjusted.  As a result, things like 6C>Gad Leis now work on grounded opponents as well.
    • 2C has decreased hitstun, so combos with it will have to be significantly adjusted.
    • 6B is reverted to pre-CPE status, launches on ground hit again, but is still jump cancellable on block.
    • We have the greatest EA animation in the entire game.

    Honestly, I think you're just in the midst of growing pains from adjusting to a game/character that you aren't used to.  Stick it out and keep grinding out the fundamentals and you'll get more confident the more you play.  I think you should keep playing Nu if that's who you want to play, she was actually less accessable in CP vanilla because she had a stance system similar to Gen in SF.
