    On that corner combo just do this instead 5B>5C>6A>3C>236A>5C>5D>236B>5C>6B>2D for OKI, or change it to 236B>5C>6A>6BB if you want to do MTW. You can throw it in right after 6BB, or Overdrive and add another 6BB first. Crush Trigger is great in combos, actually. Look five or so posts above yours to see a few I posted a few combos using them. Off throw you have different options depending on if you have mag or not. For a midscreen BnB one of the simplest magnetized routes is 5B>5C>6A>3C>AC whiff>5C>6A>2C>AC>GF, or if you're confident enough in your execution you can do AC>5D>GF whiff>5C>6A>6B>4D. As for buffering 360s, you don't need to do a full circle input, just 6321478A/B. The Buster will come out before your jump.

(CH) 4D>6A>2C>CT>5B>5C>6A>3C>AC whiff>2C>AC>GF 4272 damage 24 heat gain (CH) 5D>236B>5C>6A>2C>CT>5B>5C>6A>3C>AC whiff>5C>6A>2C>AC>GF 5016 damage 31 heat gain

    I've been trying to grind out more delayed 6A combos, and need some help. I've been going through the routes in [BBCPEX] Tager Combo Video , and on several of them I'm having issues with the 5D>GF whiff portion. GF doesn't magnetize the majority of times, and holding it only starts pulling once they've hit the ground and slides them a bit before they can tech. Any ideas what the problem is?

    GF whiff>crossup GP is all I really use it for anymore. You can also use it as a combo ender if you go stuff>AC>Spark>6C>j.c GP, but as Ctrl mentioned, it's really not great for oki.

    GF gives you a frame advantage and more options. Not to mention we lost most of our worthwhile GP combo routes. Really, it's best used as a cross-up off a whiffed Gadget if you have the meter to Rapid Cancel it for a combo.

    If CSEX was the last version you played, expect to have to relearn almost everything. Most people are saying this version of Tager is one of the best, but I personally can't see it after playing since it came out in Japan.

    There's the obvious Spark options, but could you maybe do AC>RC>B Sledge>stuff? Off of raw 2C you could just do CT stuff too.

    Are there any tricks for delayed 6A? Online especially, I can't reliably time it in some longer combos. Spark>6A* screws me up way too often.

    It's been around since CS. Just input the Hammer while still holding D. You have to guard point something for the Hammer to actually come out though.

    What starter and routes are you trying? You should be able to take a step forward after AC and connect 5C at least.

    I've made do with his meager defensive options since CT, and though his CP1.1 backdash nerf was a big hit he was still mostly the same. In Extend the mix of our even weaker defensive options and characters like Ragna and Jin being disgustingly oppressive makes it really hard for me to enjoy this version. In the corner now more than ever it feels like Tager is just shit out of luck unless you can completely guess what mixup your opponent will throw at you, and even then a lot of it is very difficult to actually punish.

    A few hundred matches in now, and I really cannot see how this version of Tager is supposed to be so much better than the others. Against aggressive players I feel like my defensive options are worse than they've been in a long time. What exactly am I missing here? I just really don't care for this version much at all.
