Yeah I miss HOS bad. No character in Xrd feels anywhere near as right as he did. Also I feel HOS with YRC capability is like wow, holy shit, geez. If they retain most of his +R stuff for Xrd (I'll keep dreaming of the day) I think he would definitely be high tier at minimum.

I think I would have skipped getting them entirely if I knew they expired as PS+ expired. But whatever, not like I really needed the free PS+ trial for anything else.

Well I hit that rut where none of the matches I'm playing feel the least bit exciting (interdependent of the outcome) nor does it feel like I'm getting better. Not sure if that means I should take a break for several days to a week or try to play again the next day... Of course online eating inputs doesn't exactly help.

So do IKs have universal invul frames once you start the move? I've been hit by IKs on multiple occasions now by doing a projectile super or something as a response to the opponent activating their IK move, and the opponent just phases through my super and destroys me. Did I glance over this feature?

Dragon Install feels actually worth it. And I can't count the times I've won by simply chipping people out with DI Tyrant Rave because geezus it does like 100 damage via chip sometimes.

I have to do this scheme on my fightstick: K S HS P D R I can't do pinky dusts and don't like moving my ring finger, so I place D next to P so my thumb alternates between one and the other as necessary. I prefer not moving my fingers around as much as possible. 6 button fighters on the other hand, those I just slam my palm on all the buttons and see where my fingers go from there, which is all over the place.

Haha wow. Well I would love it if I could use the colors without the stat boosts.

I feel like she's still viable even if they just change the rifle properties so the unblockable loop doesn't work (rifle can't get fully charged while opponent is in blockstun or something). Other than that I think El would be fine untouched. Or maybe give her rifle something extra since it's her worst tool right now IMO and without the loop would rarely see use altogether.

I feel it's practically guaranteed that when the first actual gameplay patch (or next game rendition) hits that Elphelt's unblockable loop will be gone. Still gonna learn me it, at least the easy versions.

Yeah... that's what I had just done. -_- What I miss from +R is not the visuals but the visceral feeling from hits. When you hit somebody with jH or jD it often feels like the screen shakes and the SFX sounds like tearing from the bad quality but that just helps that feeling of destruction. Also when somebody does get wall-splatted it has an oomph Xrd lacks. Though gotta be honest when I first saw Xrd's tumbling animation that shit blew me away.

Considering I was playing online 2 days ago just fine and haven't done anything since, I'm betting it's an issue with Xrd... EDIT: It booted up just fine after I turned my PS3 off and back on.
