Wanting to learn characters that I know might prove a 5:5 matchup for Izayoi as well as wanting subs is also distracting me so that doest help my cause lol Btw, how come this thread is so dead?

Sorry, forgot I posted here to ask, I ended up not getting any of those models so I might as well tell you all about the monitor I got. I got an ASUS VP228H. Im very satisfied with it, 1ms response time and a very low input lag ideal for fighting games (10ms according to DisplayLag database. Very recommended.

So glad this thread is a thing! Im gonna buy a PS4 soon and this issue about getting a set that wont have any noticeable issues with input lag sure is killing me. Since it is for my room it cant be anything bigger than 24" and in my country they have stopped selling small TVs, currently you can only get second handed ones. A shop nearby is selling AOC TV the model is LE24W234 and I dont know what to do, some folks have told me they have no issues with their AOC TVs while playing PS4 but they dont play fighting games so I dont know how much I should relly on their opinions, especially because apparently this model doesnt have a "gaming" mode. Other options I am considering are some AOC monitors; M2470SWH, 23 I2369v, E2270swn, M2470swh If anyone knows about how any of these perform I'd appreaciate the help. I would also like to know how much input lag starts to hinder the fighting game experience. Sorry for making the post too long and thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the replies. I still cant get it done consistently, now I whiff it but when Tsubaki lands and I want to connect the 5C the opponent has already recovered. I suppose I should record it and then you guys tell me what I am doing wrong?

I dont know if this is the correct thread to ask but I am a first timer with Tsubaki and I am having a difficult time with combos that contain this: 623C > j.236A(w) > 5C or 623C > j.214A(w) > 5C I cant get to connect 5C after whiffing j.236A or J.214A Is there some kind of hidden trick?

To be able to connect the 2A you have to be at the minimum height from the ground, almost touching the ground and it connects midscreen as well, though if you are not near corner the combo might need some adjustments. Still it is a tricky timing that might require a bit of practice. About the combo after the SB lion, Aguro did 2A>5b>JC>j214A>2B>5C>2C>214B

After many time without playing at all the first opponent I have is a skilled Narukami player who is clearly better than me, so GGs to ssj4nick, gotta learn from him lol

GG to the guy I fought who used Kagura and Valk. When our matches finished and I went to the players met list his name wasn't in so I could not tell him GGs ;_; Edit: Looking at other posts here I find that the guy I was talking about was WaltzoftheWolf, ohh man I am glad to see you again in action!!

I played again yesterday, cant really say GGs to anyone but I'm glad to be back. Hope to find more interesting matches today.

Fought like 3 Rise´s today and they all failed when they tried to do 5C>214B. I suppose I am not the only one having problems with that, the timing is too difficult... Well GG´s to those 3 Rise´s and the Junpei player I fought (forgot his ID :P )
