    ...is going to a library for a SSBM tournament on the same level of fail? Because I've done that before. Oh, the tournament was single knockout, 3 stock, 3 minute time limit, some items on mid, random stage. Which could only increase the fail but I think it's only fair.

    I've been fighting another Nu a lot lately since I got this game, so I've gotten better at avoiding/getting in through swords. The problem I have is that once I usually do get in, I end up eating a 6C or something, which sends me into a combo and suddenly I'm halfway across the screen again only I'm missing half my health. So really what I'm asking is what's the best time to rush in, and what can I do once I'm there that will beat her 5C or 6C.

    Hmm, I did about the same thing as you as Ragna. If you stick with one character you'll get good with them pretty much no matter what. Still, I recommend at least playing with the other characters some so you'll know what to expect from them. Plus, you're still early enough in the game that if you decide to main another character, you haven't built up habits as a Noel user.

    Sorry for double post but I felt this needed it. Thread about how a Guilty Gear or Blazblue Saturday Morning Cartoon in the style of the Street Fighter or Darkstalkers cartoons hit it off. Eventually some nice artist came up with this. Oh god can't stop laughing EDIT: Another one! ME HATE BADGUY. EDIT: This guy's on a role! At last, the evil Sol Badguy brought to justice!

    I have to say, Ishiwatari's definitely got a lot better at composing since GG, and at the very least has gotten braver at new sounds. Sometimes I love it, like with Condemnation Wings or Thin RED Line. But on the other side, his themes don't seem to have as much character to them, especially the Vs. themes. Maybe it's just that disconnect now that he's not designing the characters. To elaborate, listen to Rebellion and Keep Yourself Alive. Rebellion just seems like some generic power metal, and doesn't seem to fit the character especially. Keep Yourself Alive though sounds like a theme for a hard-ass, experienced fighter. And the GG vs. themes are so much better I shouldn't even have to explain.

    Honestly I think the nose is fine. If the right side of her head (her right, our left) was brought in more, and the eye changed to accommodate, it'd help a lot. I suppose you could argue to recess the bridge of the nose more, but that seems more subjective than objective.

    Sorael, I really just want to say that you need to brush up on facial structure. The coloring's amazing and the anatomy's fine everywhere else, but the head just seems to be shaped wrong, and the facial features seem to be pasted on, with no respect to the planes of the head. Something like George Bridgman would go miles for that drawing.

    Yeah I know, I got out of GG for a while so I didn't post here, and now I don't have a PS3/360 so I can't even play BlazBlue. It's terrible.

I'm planning on drawing a new lower body on an entirely different sheet of paper, then splicing them together with photoshop. EDIT: 4 HOURS LATER, I HAVE A LEG THAT WHILE IS NOWHERE NEAR MAKING ME HAPPY, IS SOMETHING I CAN WORK WITH. I'm going to take it into Paint Tool SAI to clean and color it, and hopefully there I can actually do something with the legs to make it not look like crap. Ugh.
