Baiken's sword isn't part of the Outrage and they don't have any affect on the people who wields them, it doesn't make Sol evil so I don't know where you got that. Out of the 7 or 8 pieces that make up the Outrage out of the cast that own one is Sol, Ky, and Anji the rest is either unknown or in control of the UN. That's just one ending, it may or may not be cannon without further explination. Little is known, but it seems S-Ko is connected to Axl in some way from the past. But the same is also said of I-No as she recognizes him.
