I have a great deal of respect for John Bain/Total Biscuit so I'm happy he loves the game. I guess it doesn't matter too much and I know a lot of people despise him for his opinions but I believe he has impeccable taste, even when I don't agree with his opinions. Also here's hoping he makes a full recovery since I guess he recently finished/is finishing his chemotherapy.

The lizard squad Ddos'd PSN and XBL... so that's what the issue is. signing out of PSN entirely should fix it. apparently XBL got hit much worse though, the hackers bragged that it was significantly less secure than PSN (apparently Sony beefed things up after the 2011 outage). EDIT as the attack slows down more people should be able to get on.

No problem, Me and my girlfriend own a decent amount of PVC figures/statues so I've learned a thing or two about them. The Dizzy PVC by good smile company is the crown jewel of my collection(She's mai Waifu), and I can't wait for a Sol and Ky to go with it.

Yes. In more words, yes they officially endorse and get money from these figures, much like anime conglomerates do, and they generally make good advertising for the work they are based off. often times the figure companies will even be involved in funding/ production and release the high quality figures soon after the work is released. its seems Arcsys is among the companies doing that now. these could in no way be considered fan art, as such a widely publicized figure could never be made without the direct involvement of Arcsys. this isn't a garage resin kit here.

The side boob can be misconstrued as nudity because of one very well placed pixel, That's the reason I've always assumed. it's easy to see it in the HD version so it likely bumped up the rating. maybe they also saw the one frame nip slips this time? who knows.

It requires an update, If you can't download the update then it's not available in your region.

Most people caved and just bought the game again for the Japanese patch.

You can't buy +R on console, That's just a Vita game. +R is just a free patch for console AC+ but it's not available on the outside of Japan on PSN yet.

It's just a recolor of an existing Dizzy figure(one that I own actually). Why they chose that palette exactly? I have no idea, but it's a pretty decent one.
