I was under the impression that +r would be a free patch so I bought AC+ a month or so prior. Finally went to update it today and can only find the full game of +r for $15. Basically, what do I need to do to start playing the current version of GG?

Is it true that the carcass loop is less necessary in +R? I tried to play the last version, but I couldn't do that shit reliably and it stopped me from wanting to learn more basic stuff.

They have made good (maybe the best) fighting game netcode with BB and P4A. I think the problem with GG is the fact that the game itself is much faster and time sensitive so that the latency is more exposed. BB was made with netplay in mind from the ground up.

speaking of CH anti air... is 2C hazama's best option i've been using 214~b with good results. whats the best option though? edit: While im already plaguing you guys with noob questions, can I get some pointers on Hazama's loop? As far as I understand it, you just get a hard knockdown (usually 241D~C, 6C unless in the corner), and then do 5C, 2C, j.214B (xN), right? I also realize that you buffer the entire directional movement during the 2C, which feels really strange to a BB newbie, so that you can do the j.214B as early as possible. Also, it seems cleaner if you do 8214B even though it's not a true tiger knee which would be 2147B, right? i still can't get the otg 5C to hit afterwards though no matter what I try, not to mention a dashing 5c. I must be missing something big.

Do you need to enter "King of Anime" as a whole, or can I just play BB? also, that event schedule is amazing. I have a punctuality fetish.

So I haven't played BB since CT, I watched some of the Godsgarden stuff and tao looks great but way different. Shadow super, bowling ball, and 22C actually have uses now apparently... I want to jump on CS:EX this month but Im gonna be way behind. Can anyone give me some advice about what's different with Tao these days.

People are so worried about character balance thàt they forget MvC2 had great rushdown/keepaway balance that is hard to achieve. Then again, anyone who is dumb enough to care whether every character is viable is also likely yo think only rushdown should exist.
